There's so much going on, what is Draco talking about? I shoved the letter into my trunk and left. We were on the train going to Hogwarts.

"He's one of them" Harry said.

"One of what?" Rom asked.

"Harry is under the impression, Draco Malfoy is now a death eater" Hermione explained.

"What!You can't just assume that you have no proof!" I defended. Why would Draco become a death eater?

"Look, it all makes sense his father was one and Hermione saw it"

"I told you Harry, I don't know what I saw!"

"I'm going to get some fresh air" Harry said grabbing something over Hermiones head.

"Always looking for trouble, that one" I whispered to Hermione. She smiled holding her chuckle.

"I'm going to go look for Pansy!" I said getting up.

"Sometimes I forget your a Slytherin" Ron rolls his eyes. I got up and left to find Pansy.

She was sitting with Draco and Theodore. She looked over at me and pushed Theodore off his seat.

"Y/n!! I was going to sit with you but you know I don't like Potter and Granger" She hugged me. "Come join us!" She said sitting back next to Theodore.

There was only one empty spot. Next to Draco.

I sat down next to him and he just nodded.

"How was everyone's summer?" Pansy asked.

"Mines was pretty shit" Draco said.

"Damn, I had to stay with Draco this whole holiday because you guys already know" Theodore said.

Pansy told me that Theodore's parents had passed away and how he had to stay with Draco.

"Yes, I'm sorry for your loss" I broke the silence.

"Thank you, I appreciate it."

"Theo, can I speak to you outside, alone." Pansy asked standing up.

"Of course!"he got up and followed behind Pansy. It now only left me and Draco.

I turned to him "How are you doing? You look ill."

He gave me a warning look. I was so confused.

"I'm fine" he replied coldly.

I nodded and he rolled his eyes and watched outside the window.

I could feel his hand place something on mine from under the table. I opened it under the table and it said.

Shut up, Potter is watching us from above.

I shoved the note in my pocket and looked up. There was something moving. I nodded at Draco in response.

"Hey guys were back!" Pansy said when her and Theodore walked in.

"Guys we arrived why are you still sitting down?"

"Me and y/n are going to stay behind, I need to check something." Draco murmured. Pansy and Theodore left the train and I went to close the door as Draco closed the blinds.

"Didn't mummy ever tell you it was rude to easdropp Pottah."draco asked sarcastically before turning around and shooting a spell at Harry, he went and picked um his invisibility cloak of.

"Oh yeah she was dead before you could whipe the drill of your chin," he stomped on Harry's nose. I gasped.

"Enjoy your ride back to London" he said, letting me go through the door fist as he shut it behind him.

"Damn you didn't have to do that, that was a bit aggressive"

He smirked "I don't care he could have thought about that when he got my father thrown is Azkaban."
