You suck...most of the time

This can't be reality

Tommy slipped in and out of consciousness for the entire car ride.

Dream sat in the backseat with the younger and watched as his eyes would open every now and then or random "who are you?" and "where am I?" would be whispered.

Dream would only stroke Tommy's hair while saying comforts or praise. It seemed to get him to fall back asleep.

"You know, he's way skinner then he should be." Techno commented.

"I know." Dream responded, "it worries me."

Techno grunted in agreement. The two had been watching Tommy for a long time, throughout this time however they noticed very strange things. Decrease in weight, bruises all over his body, and random moments of him breaking down into sobs once his classes had ended.

It infuriated the two.

"I can't wait to turn him." Dream mentioned, "he'll be such a sweet baby."

Techno chuckled, "yeah, once he actually accepts it."

Dream smiled warmly while staring down at the younger, "it'll take him a minute, he's extremely stubborn, but he'll get there eventually."

Techno nodded, "And once he does we'll be there to give him all the love he could ever want."

Dream looked down at Tommy fondly and moved the younger's head into his lap. Tommy buried his face into Dream's stomach, causing the man the coo. His dreams of being a dad had finally come true.

Suddenly, Tommy began to move a bit and his eyes opened slightly. "Who are you? Where am I?" He asked tiredly. The poor thing was still half asleep.

"Shh Toms," Dream whispered while stroking the others head, "it's just Papa and we're almost home."

"Papa?"

"Yes baby, papa."

Tommy made a noise of annoyance, "m' not a baby..."

"Oh but you are," Dream responded, "you're not even an adult in human years let alone vampire."

"Mm kay papa." Tommy leaned into Dreams hand and fell asleep almost immediately.

Dream adored Tommy. He couldn't wait to baby the kid, give him anything and everything that he could ever ask for. While Techno wasn't so verbal about his love he knew good and well he had the same opinions.

"He just so perfect." Dream felt like he could cry; there's no way this was actually real.

Techno only grunted in agreement again but Dream could see the small smile he had on his face.

"I wanna give him piercings." Techno announced.

Dream laughed slightly, of course Techno was already planning to accessorize Tommy. Earrings were probably Technos favorite thing, he even begged Dream to get piercings that matched his. He assumed Tommy would get the same one as them.

"I'm sure he'd look fantastic with them." Dream cleared away the hair to reveal Tommy's ear. Yeah, he would look lovely with the family piercing.

"I just can't believe this is actually reality."

Tommy opened his eyes to see a room that was not his. He felt his heartbeat increase; where was he?Tommy took a deep breath to calm down and looked around the room.

The room wasn't fancy but it was certainly nice. The walls were his favorite shade of red and the carpet was a complementary tan color.

Tommy got out of the bed and walked over to the bookshelf in the corner of the room. Once he got over there however he noticed something strange; the books were all from his favorite authors or just his favorite books in general.
