I used to make this all the time when I was young in the summer at my farm house. It's perfect for when you want something nutritious and with pasta.
You need:
1 small zucchini
1 bell pepper
1 spicy pepper (choose what spice level you want)
1/2 box of pasta
3 cups of veggie broth (or more if needed)
1 large potato
1 cup of spinach
5 leaves of basil
1/2 a sprig of thyme
1/2 a teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Add more vegetables if you want toHow to make:
Cut your vegetables very small, then add into a pot with your veggie broth and put it on high, chop your herbs finely and add into it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let boil until the potatoes are mainly cooked, then add in your pasta and let cook until your pasta and potato are both fully cooked. Serve and look at the sky while eating (it fits the vibe)
