1 whole tomato with a cross mark slit on the top
3 cups rice
1 can of corn
1 onion
3 carrots
5 mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons soy sauceHow to make:
Chop the carrots, mushrooms, and bell pepper and then wash your rice three times and put in an insta pot, put the corn, onion, carrots, mushroom, and pepper in it and add the tomato on top, set it for the rice setting and then mix well and season with salt and pepper to your liking <3
