I wake up to the sun beaming in my face I rubbed my eyes and get up and do my normal routine and put my shoes on and walk out of my room. My phone rings. Who the fuck could that be? I grab my phone from my pocket and answer the call. "Val! Get to the dojo right now hawk did something stupid!"Miguel says through the phone. Oh shit. "Alright I'm on my way rn!"I say back before hanging up. I run to the door and open it then see my brother sitting in the living room. "Shit. Mason come on we are going somewhere!"I yell and he gets up and I run out and he follows.I ran all the way to the dojo with Mason following me.
I ran to the dojo door. I turn around and tell mason to stay put. I run in to see hawk and Miguel and A random kid that's basically hawks minion,well one of many. I look at hawk and he looks at me then Miguel. "Why the hell would you call her?!"He yells at Miguel. "Because she's my best friend and she needs to know what's going on."Miguel hawk takes at deep breath and looks at me again. "I...Me and douchebag and fartface got into a fight with myagi do..we lost then..I stole the metal of honor from them."He says. I stare at him shook from what I just heard.Then it turned into anger for some reason."Hawk Wtf! Why would you fucking do that! You know that's just going to make things 10x worse right?!"I yell at him. Hawk stares at me shook. Fartface and Miguel walk out of the dojo. "You just fucking screwed it up! We're fucked! We Are fucked."I yell again. He stares at me not saying a word."Fuck!"I say throwing a punch at the punching bag next to me.
"Damnit hawk! Why would you fucking do that?! Tell me!!"I yell at him.He stares at me. "I was pissed off."He says bluntly. I stare at him for a minute. "You were pissed? That's why you did it? Really. Just because you were pissed?"I say and scoff and shake my head. "Damnit hawk. I can't even be fucking mad at you."I say tearing up from mostly anger and denial. "I can't even be mad at you because I would have done it too."I say my voice breaking in the middle of my sentence. Tears roll down my cheeks. "And because I can't be mad at someone..i-..I Love."I say with a lump forming in my throat. He stares at me stunned. "Val.."He says. "And now..now you just fucked it all up. Come find me when you come to your senses."I say and turn and walk out of the dojo. "Shit- Val!"Hawk says standing up and walking to the door.I grab Mason's arm and start walking off with him. "Val!"I hear hawk yell for me and following me. I sigh and stop and tell mason to go find Miguel and wait for me. Mason walks off to go find Miguel.
"Val..plz"hawk says walking up behind me. I turn around. "Val..I..I love you too. Damnit what I did was a big mistake I never meant to hurt you- I wasn't thinking and Im sorr-"He says getting cut of by me kissing him.He cups my cheeks kissing back. It lasted for a couple minutes before we both pull away. He stares in my eyes and I smile. "Do you take that as a answer"I ask. He pretends to think. "I don't know you might have to do it again"He says smirking. I laugh and kiss him again. He wraps his arms around my waist and kisses back. Miguel and Mason walk over. "Ewwww gross"mason says. "Get a room love birdss"Miguel says. We pull away and I roll my eyes playfully. "Oh shut up"Hawk says.
I laugh and he looks at me. "Ok soo the cafe at 4:00pm I'll pick you up" he says. I look at him confused. "Already making date plans lover boy?"I ask jokingly.He playfully rolls his eyes. "Yes,yes I am princess"He says sending a shiver down my spine. I laugh and nod. "So gross"Mason says and we all laugh.
