I had fallen asleep on my bed after finishing reading all the letters before closing them the night before, but when I woke up...

My letters were gone...

"What? Where are they? I swear I fell asleep with them on my bed.." I panicked. I didn't want ANYONE seeing those letters.
I ran downstairs when I couldn't find them anywhere in my room.

I was breathing unsteadily
I felt dizzy just at the thought of someone reading those letters.

As I rush downstairs and ran past my family at the dining table in a hurry they all looked at me confused,
"Where are they..." I searched everywhere.

"Where is what eonni?" Da-eun asked me.
"Oh just some letters I wrote to the boys that umm..that weren't finished..." I said, but lied so I wouldn't expose myself.
I continued searching until I heard someone speak, what they said made me shake.

"Oh those letters? I mailed them out." Jin-Ae spoke out while eating her food.
My eyes widened as I stopped searching and walked up to the dining table.

"YOU MAILED OUT WHAT!?" I yelled in shock.
My family looked at me in suprise
I looked and felt horrified.

"The letters you addressed to the boys. I mailed them out for you." Jin-Ae clarified.
My breath hitched. I panicked.

"This can't be happening..." I said to myself.
"What's wrong? Did you not want them mailed out?" She asked.
"NO, I DIDN'T!" I yelled at her. She looked at me in shock.
"Ya be nice to your-" Yeonjun began but soon got cut off my the confused girl.

"But you had their addresses and names on the front of the envelope, so I just naturally assumed that you wanted to mail them out but didn't yet, so I did it for you..." Jin-Ae bit her lip.
"Well I didn't! Next time please ask me before you do something like that!" I scolded her. I need to get those letters before they read them.
"I'm sorry eonni." She pouted, feeling genuinely sorry.
I wanted to forgive her but I didn't at the same time.

"I need to go, I'll be back soon." I ran out
"What about breakfast!" Kai screamed for me. but it was to late, I was already gone.

I stood outside his house debating if I should really do this.
I needed to, unless I want him to read about my feelings. Which I don't!

I went up to his door and took a deep breath before knocking.
I was surprised when his mom answered the door. But I felt relieved.
"oh? Kieun-shi! What brings you here?l" his mother kindly spoke.
"Hi Mrs. Park, I came because my sister mailed out a letter to Jay but it wasn't finished, so I wanted to know if I could have it back to finish. Do you know if Jay has it?" I said while my hands were shaking.

"Oh, I can go check his room! He's not home right now, but I will check! Give me one second sweetie." She said and smiled before leaving to check his room.
