When I was a senior in high school you were a junior. The first time we met was when the school had a dance, homecoming.
Freshman, sophomore, juniors, and seniors were all able to go and we both happened on going to it.
I didn't come with anyone but Kai because I didn't have a date. But I specifically remember when the slow dance song came on you came over to me and asked "Hey, I know we've never met but would you like to dance? You look a bit lonely over here." I agreed of course because you were very sweet but while we danced I felt butterflies in my stomach and I began to have a little crush on the junior who asked me to dance at homecoming.
After homecoming, and later on in the year I kept coincidentally running into you every once in a while and each time my crush for you got bigger.
By the spring, I knew my feelings for you, but I never shared them. Until now...
