The day you transferred to my high school you were immediately titled "the high schools popular senior". I never understood why, but it always stayed the same.
Every time I heard about you it would usually start with, "hey did you see the new popular senior?" Or "look at the cute new senior, I heard he's already pretty popular." It was unlikely not hearing about you at the beginning of the school year.
I was a junior at the time, and I remember the first time I say you was when we had a gym class together, and you complimented how fast I ran for the track.
My heart fluttered. Later that year I realized I had a crush on the popular senior. Haha.
