"Yeah, that looks cute too" I replied absentmindedly.

"What about this?" Olivia asked still scrolling through the multiple dresses on her phone.

"That's cute also"

"That has been your response to every single dress I showed you. Are you even looking at them?"

Jake and Olivia were going on their first official date together and she hasn't stopped stressing over it since then. Yes, Jake finally popped the question.

We both came to my place as soon as we closed from school and after eating whatever we found edible, we settled down in my room. Olivia looking for the 'perfect' dress and all to wear and I on the other hand, fighting of the sleep that I was feeling. I'm really happy for Olivia. I mean that's a progress. She said they already talked about their relationship after high school and had decided to either apply to the same university or try long-distance relationship.

"I am!" I replied as I bear hugged her.

"I can't breathe" she said laughing. "Plus you need to choose a dress too you know, your eighteenth birthday is next month"

"Please don't remind me" I replied her groaning.

"Why..?"

"That green gown is gorgeous. I say you pick it because it will bring out the green of your eyes and those curves of yours"

"Says you" she said laughing.

Liam and I had talked on the phone yesterday for about thirty minutes. He asked if he could call me after school and I replied him with a 'yes'. I mean I can't help it and truly I don't regret it. Along our discussion he asked me to this club where his favorite local band were playing on Friday night.

"Do you remember that waiter boy, Liam?" I asked Liv who was still scrolling, looking for the perfect dress on her phone.

"Yes..?" She replied more like a question.

"He asked me out to this club on Friday night and I mean on a 'platonic' date" I emphasized.

"A date is a date! I knew something was going on between you two, you sneaky little mouse"

"Here we go" I huffed, mentally face palming.

"I just had this gut feeling. The smiling face you make while chatting, the eager expression you have whenever you hear the ding indicating a message on your phone and all others. My instincts are just so good" she said more to herself than me. And as if coming down from an hallucination, she said loudly directing at me "Make sure you shave and use protection"

"OLIVIA!! We are just going to watch a local band perform" I practically screamed, my face reddening at her comment.

"My bad, my bad" she replied, laughing.

"Okay, that's it! Pack your things, we go shopping tomorrow. This window shopping isn't working At All.

"Why? I'm just being cautious. I don't want little bliss around at least not now and I'm not ready to be a god mother just yet"
