I still can't forget those eyes. They came to my mind every day, hours, minutes and seconds, and it was driving me crazy. I was thinking I had a gift for seeing ghosts, and even though that seemed cool to some people, it was frightening and disturbing to me.

She couldn't be alive, I saw old news talking about her accident just like Omma told me, so either I was crazy and seeing ghosts, or she reincarnated into someone in a strange way.

It was a lot on my mind, and I really needed to vent even though I didn't want to. The person I would vent to would not be my mothers or my sister, but my best friend Ningning. I've noticed that she's been coming to my house to check on how I'm doing, and she doesn't leave here until my moms tell her everything I've been doing.

Well, I haven't been doing anything as I'm locked up in my room, meaning they just tell her that I don't leave this room and that's making them worried.

- Winter. - I hear Irene's voice, and I look at the door. -I know you don't want to leave the room, but Ningning can't stand having to come here and not be able to see you

- She can come in. - I speak and on the other side of the door I hear nothing. -Irene?

- You are sure? you two days ago didn't want to see anyone...

- She can come in. - I repeat what I said earlier, and then I hear her walk away from the door.

However, I hear footsteps again and someone knocks on the door, and I get up to go to open it. When I open it I see Ning looking at me and my sister a little behind looking at me with a weak smile.

- Hi... - Ning says and I approach her little by little.

When I stand face to face she looks me up and down, and I immediately hug her tightly. She didn't react at first, but then she hugged me with the same intensity, and I gave a weak smile. We stayed like that for a while, until we broke the hug, and I looked at Irene.

- Well...I'm in my room in case you need somethin... - I didn't even let her finish, I just approached her and threw myself into her arms. -Winter...

- Forgive me...forgive me for certainly making you worried

- I forgive you my star, just don't lock yourself in a room again...

- I promise not to lock myself in the room again. - I speak and then I feel her kiss the top of my head.

- Me and the mothers love you very much and we are always here to help you...never forget that. - She whispers, and I shake my head. -I love you my star

- And I love you big bunny. - I talk and she pushes me away.

She looks into my eyes with her eyes watering, and I smile just like she was smiling.

- You haven't forgotten that nickname...

- Of course not, I gave you that nickname. - I say and she hugs me again.

I feel crushed by her embrace, but I allowed her to hug me however she wanted. After that strong hug she pulled away and filled my face with kisses, and at the end of that she left for her room.

Me and Ning watched her until she walked into the room, and when the door closed, we looked at each other.

- Let it be a lesson that people really care about you

- I know. - I say and take her hand. -I have to get dressed, let's go to a quieter place to talk. - I say and she shakes her head.

We entered my room and I took her to my bed. She sat down and I went to the closet so I could get dressed. As I dressed I wondered if it was right to vent everything I had in mind, because even if I wanted to vent there were things she didn't know, and she could be upset that I hadn't told her like all best friends do.
