3 years later...
Alex waked up with a jolt. Alex found himself inside his den with Nip.
why do I keep getting the same stupid dream all the time?
Alex tried clearing the image of the huge muscular wolf that murdered his entire tribe.
I will get my revenge one day...
"are you okay?" asked Nip, her eyes full of concern. "I'm alright, just had a bad dream" answered Alex. "It's that same dream you had yesterday, am I right? Alex nodded.
Nip was a female small, gold-pelted, skinny, fox with big ears and a bushy tail.
Alex met Nip when he was at his worst.
Alex felt the cold air tingling in his pelt.
Winter is coming
Nip must have felt it as well. "Sigh... winter is coming" she murmured. "prey would become scares once it gets colder, we should stock up on more prey." "I'd better go hunting." sighed Alex.
Alex crawled out of his den, and stalked along the hunting grounds. Alex raised his nose and sniffed the air.
Rabbit...
Alex dropped to his hunting crouch, as he spotted a gray rabbit.
Alex's eyes widened.
That rabbit's pelt looks just like a wolf's gray fur!
Alex shook his head.
Don't be stupid, that rabbit won't hurt you.
With a quick leap, Alex jumped on on the rabbit, sinking his claws in Its pelt, and with a bite to the neck, the rabbit was dead.
That was a lucky catch! this should feed us for tonight.
Alex grabbed the rabbit by the scruff and carried it back to his den.
