Friday 18th.

Today was an exhausting day.
The teacher had assigned me to do another 16 assignments, she expects me to get it done by Wednesday 23rd..

I hussled my way to the bus station, tiredly waiting for the bus to arrive, I'm still 15 minutes early here at least.. maybe I should message my friend and play video games while I wait, I can always do it at home, and I have 5 days to get all my assignments done, that's plenty of time! Right?

Im so tired..

I pulled out my phone and sent a message to Bandu.

"Hey Bandu I just finished school, I'm waiting for the bus to come pick me up, Watchu doin?"

📱Phonedu📱 is typing...

"That's nice to hear! Right now I'm recording a video, I'll send you the link to it when I finish."

I closed the app and began playing Flappy Bird.

*Timeskip*

I stepped into the bus as I carefully watched my step in order to not trip over anything, however I was still too tired to even know what was coming next, because- I still somehow managed to trip over something, or.. someone.

"WAUUUGH!" I could feel the breeze of motion fastening the closer I neared the surface, just before I could, someone caught ahold of me and gently pulled me back up where I previously stood.

"Are you okay?"
A tall figure stood beside me, they had oddly coloured yellow eyes, they wore a red hat.. they were almost.. 3D? I can't tell..
"I'm fine!"

I looked down to see what or who I tripped on.

There was a chubby, small, almost.. flat figure.
They had big eyes, and I mean REALLY big eyes, stretching to the ends of their green coloured hat.
"Oh! I didn't see you there, are you okay?"
They nodded silently, gazing upon my figure, not a single blink was made.. creeeeppyyyy...

I shuffled uncomfortably in my spot as I looked away nervously.

"I'm Jambi, and this here is Brobgonal. Nice to meet you!"
The larger figure spoke.

*timeskip* (Laziness is kicking in)

I.. Finally made it home..

I blinked slowly as I quietly started making my way to my room..

Saturday 19th..

I woke up to a knock at my door.

"Coming!"
I yawned as I quickly attempted making myself look presentable before dashing to the door.

I twisted the door knob open and was greeted by Bandu's wide smile.

"Howdy! Wanna play video games with me today?" He smiled brightly, positivity radiating off it.

"As much as I hate to say this.. I.. Can't, I have so many assessments to do.. 16 in total." I looked down in denial as guilt washed over me.

"Ooh.. that sounds rough! Why don't we play some video games to help ease your mind a bit?"

"no."

"Just one game?"

"no."

"Pleaseeee?"
