Roslyn's POV

So I've been stuck in New Orleans all Summer. I didn't get to see Elena and the others graduate. But Klaus did. Lucky bastard. I still haven't told my cousins about the baby. I'm still coming to terms for it myself. It doesn't help that Elijah disappeared after promising to protect Hayley and the baby. I know Klaus must of daggered, don't know why. Hayley has stuck by my side and been very supportive. Putting the search for our family on hold for the time being.

Though the one time she left my side, she had a one night stand and got pregnant. Not she is 12 weeks pregnant, while I am now twenty-four weeks pregnant. I wish I knew what I was having. It makes it hard to decide on a name or design a nursery without knowing the gender.

Anyway Klaus and I are arguing again. It's nearly be an hour. "Klaus, I don't care why you daggered Elijah. I just want to know where he is" I snap. Hayley is in the foyer.

"Why?" he asks me.

"Because Hayley thinks he's a liar who bailed after promising to protect her and the baby. You and I both know he didn't" I state. Before we could continue our argument. We hear a door open downstairs and hear Rebekah talking to Hayley.

(Downstairs) Third Persons POV

Rebekah walks in as Hayley comes down the stairs, wielding a fire iron. "Who the hell are you?" Hayley demands.

"Oh, you must be the maid. My bags are in the car – get them, will you?" Rebekah asks her. Hayley, smiling wryly, puts down the iron poker.

"Hello, not the maid" Hayley tells her.

"Right. You're that werewolf girl my brother, Klaus, knocked up. I was expecting to see some kind of supernatural, miracle baby bump. Guess you're not showing yet" Rebekah rambles. "It's Hayley, isn't it?" she asks.

"Actually my sister is the werewolf pregnant with Klaus' baby. I am just pregnant from a one night stand" Hayley corrects her. "You have your brother's manners" she adds.

"And his temper, too, so watch it. Where's Elijah?" Rebekah asks her.

"Beats me. He's long gone" Hayley tells her.

"What do you mean, 'long gone'?" Rebekah asks confused.

"Well, one minute he was here making epic promises about protecting me and my sister's baby in this predicament. That a bottle of scotch and some bad decisions got us into. He was all poetic about how we're family – and then Klaus told us he bailed. Guess that's what we get for trusting a vampire" Hayley explains.

"Elijah is not just any vampire, and he doesn't break promises. Which means Niklaus has done something dastardly and Klaus-like" Rebekah tells her.

Roslyn's POV

Klaus and I reach the doors that lead to the foyer. Where Rebekah and Hayley are. "Klaus! Get out here and tell me what you've done with our brother, you narcissistic, back-stabbing wanker!" Rebekah shouts and I laugh as we enter the room.

"Enough with all the shouting and stop laughing little wolf" Klaus says. I roll my eyes as he looks down at Rebekah. "Little sister, I should have known. I assume the six dead vampires were your doing?" he asks.

"They were very rude" she tells him with a shrug. "Trying to victimize a poor, innocent girl just trying to find her way to the Quarter. So sorry, were they friends of yours? Oh, that's right, you don't have any friends" she states.

"Need ice for that burn Klaus?" I ask.

"One more word little wolf and you'll be locked in your room" he tells me. Before turning back to Rebekah. "I do have friends. I have Marcel. You remember him, don't you? Yes, of course you do. He fancies himself the 'King of the Quarter' now, and he has these rules about killing vampires. It'll be fun to see what sort of punishment he comes up with for you" he states.
