Roslyn's POV
Rebekah is searching for Elijah. While Agnes is trying to convince me to go to a doctor. While Hayley flips through a book. "I told you Agnes, I feel fine" I assure her.
"You are overdue for a checkup" she tells her.
"What's she supposed to do? Pop into the Quarter for a quick ultrasound?" Hayley asks.
"A pregnant werewolf escorted by a witch? Nothing to see here" I say sarcastically.
"A lot of women would kill to have a child. It strikes me as odd that you're not taking better care of yours" Rebekah tells me.
"I know a doctor out in the Bayou, off the beaten path. Now, I took the liberty of making an appointment for you. Tonight, after-hours, just us. Vampires will never get word of it" Agnes tells me. I look at Hayley.
"What do you think sister?" I ask her.
"Probably wouldn't be the worse idea to get a check up. As long as the vampires don't find out" she tells me.
"Okay, fine. But you're coming too, you need a check up also" I tell her.
"Bayou-baby-doctor it is" she grumbles agreeing. We leave together with Agnes. Who drives us out to the bayou.
(Time skip)
We arrived at the clinic safely. But I haven't felt safe since we got here. Something doesn't feel right. Hayley is beside me holding my hand as Dr Paige gives me an ultrasound. Hayley had hers first and everything is fine with her & her future son. I hear my baby's heartbeat and smile. "Your baby's heart rate is perfect, like your sisters was" she tells me.
"I knew it. She's a tough one, like her mom" Hayley says with a smile.
"And her aunt" I add. Hayley smiles at me. Dr. Paige chuckles and hands me a tissue to wipe the ultrasound gel off of my abdomen, which I do.
"That's a unique birthmark" Dr Paige states. I put my jacket back on. Hayley gets a text.
"We're pretty much done here, right?" I ask Dr Paige. As I stand up. As Hayley texts someone.
"Bot of your blood pressures are a bit high, I've got something for it" she tells me. She left the room. I notice cars heading this way and feel more uneasy.
"Somethings not right" I tell Hayley. She sees the cars and nods her head in agreement. Suddenly, a wolf howls loudly, startling us. Dr Paige returns with medication. "Ahh, you know, I'm actually not that good with pills" I state.
"Heh, neither am I, truth be told" she says nervously. I share a look with Hayley nodding to the door. She goes to lock it as a group of intimidating-looking men walk into the clinic and whisper something unintelligible to Agnes. I notice the doctor with a syringe and she lunges at me. I push her arm away and headbutt her. Then stabs the syringe into the doctor's neck, causing her to pass out onto the floor.
"Window" Hayley tells me and I rush over to it. I open it and we jump out of it. We take off into the bayou. Soon hide behind a tree as four men pass us. I kick the first one in the gut winding him and snap his neck. As Hayley jumps and kicks the second man down as well as she snaps his neck. The third me tried to attack me with a knife. I disarm him and slit his throat. As Hayley takes on the fourth guy with the shot gun.
"That all of them?" I ask her as we stay in a defensive crouch eying our surroundings.
"Rosie, behind you!" she shouts. Before either of us can react. Someone else snaps the fifth persons neck. I turn to see Rebekah and sigh in relief.
"Have to say, I'm impressed" she states looking at the four men we killed.
"They threatened our babies" I state.
"How did you find us?" Hayley asks her.
"Your text got me halfway, vamping here did the rest" Rebekah answers. "Who are they?" she asks us.
"Witches" Hayley says.
"Warlocks" I correct her.
"Whatever" she says.
"There are more of them. Run" Rebekah tells us. We reluctantly do so. But don't get far when we see Rebekah get two arrows in the heart. Which temporarily neutralizes her and she falls to the ground.
"Rebekah!" we exclaim. I'm shot in the shoulder and start to feel faint. "Rosie!" Hayley shouts as I fall. She catches me as my world goes dark.
I wake up beside Hayley in the bayou. No sign of Rebekah or the men that attacked us. I hear a twig snap and turn to see a wolf. "You saved us" I say and he bows his head. "Thank you" I say and he left. I notice Hayley in bad shape and fed her some of my blood. She wakes up.
"Where's Rebekah?" she asks.
"Maybe at the clinic, lets go" I tell her. She nods her head and we get to our feet. We stumble towards the clinic. We arrive to see Klaus with Rebekah. They both rush over to us.
"Roslyn! What happened? Tell me what happened" Klaus says as he checks me for injures.
"I can't remember" I tell him groggily.
"Nor can I" Hayley adds as she goes to sit down on the steps.
Klaus checks me for injuries. "You've completely healed. There's not a scratch on you" he states.
"Hybrid, remember" I say.
"Your vampire side is suppressed" he reminds me. "You shouldn't of healed this fast. Nor should of Hayley" he states. Rebekah wraps a protective arm around me, leading me over to Hayley.
"It's the baby. The vampire blood-- Klaus' vampire blood-- in your system. It can heal any wound" she states.
"I gave Hayley some blood" I state.
"Your own baby healed you both" she says with a smile. She has me sit down beside Hayley. Then sits on my other side. "How did you both escape? You both were outnumbered, unarmed? Those men were ripped to shreds" she states.
"I think it was the wolf. I think it's trying to protect us" Hayley states.
"It was, I saw it before you woke up" I state.
"The witches were supposed to protect you! When I get my hands on Sophie Deveraux" Klaus says angrily.
"It wasn't Sophie. It was Agnes" Hayley corrects him.
"Fine! Agnes, Sophie, it's all the same to me! I'll slaughter the lot of them!" he declares. Typical Klaus, but I agree.
"Not if Elijah gets there first" Rebekah tells him.
"Elijah? Did you find him?" Hayley asks. I smirk at her, she is so crushing on him.
"He's been in touch, and he has a plan. All he asks is that we take care of you and Roslyn" Rebekah tells her.
"Hey, so... can we go home now? I'd really like to sleep for a few days" Hayley states.
"Ditto" I say. As I get up. I go to walk and my knees buckle as I stumble. I start to fall, but Klaus zooms over to catches me before I hit the ground . He scoops me up into a bridal-carry in his arms. As I notice Rebekah support Hayley. Who looks as tired as I feel.
"Ooh, I've got you, love. I've got you" he assures me. I smile gently resting my head on his shoulder closing my eyes. I was asleep before we even reached the car.
