aaaand so that brings us to the end of the second instalment of the hawkinsrejects series! once again, a thousand thank yous for reading. season two has always been my favourite, and i think so far this book might be my favourite of the series too. i hope you enjoyed reading it as much as i enjoyed writing it.
now, the sequel obviously brings us onto season 3. it's my least favourite season (of the current 4 out) so i'm nervous/excited to approach it. however, that's all levels of greatness, and to be fair i'm looking forward to writing in a new time of year, new vibe and build on these characters/relationships. i can promise the following in the next book:
• a more comedic/light tone to fit with season 3 • ... but equally some horrific stuff to balance it out 🤡 • summer activities as opposed to winter/autumn descriptions! finally i can change it up! • new andrea and amy main character POVs! andrea in particular gets more of a spotlight • amy and felix getting more hands-on with the action • coming-of-age and general growing up angst (daphne with college prep & cath in puberty) • lots more staphne 🥰🥰🥰
