Ever since Shaurya had understood that Shagun is right one and their family had agreed to their relationship, Shaurya felt like he got the wings.
Now his only focus was his would be wife. He used to have thoughts of Shagun all the day.
Whenever they got eye contact, both felt shy. It felt like, their eyes were talking to each other. They used to find the other one. Both of them wanted to be near to the other one always. It felt so good to be near to the other one.
They used to walk together lying hands in hands and talking too long after college.
Whenever they had to do some work when the other was not present, it used to be too difficult to focus.
Shaurya used to drive to Shagun's house daily after work. Shagun used to wait for him daily too. Then, they used to go to long night drive. Sometimes, they used to compete in fast driving on a lonely road. It was like, too perfect stage of their life since ever.
Shagun had become so important for Shaurya that whenever she used to stand at his back, he felt too strong and powerful that no-one would ever dare to test his luck against him.
She became his support system and proud in a very short span of time. He used to be extra sweet to Shagun always. He always wanted to do something extra for her. He used to go to extra mile for her. He wanted to be fit, to do whatever a girl finds a good physique in a guy. He started to take care of himself more.
Whenever he didn't want to do something, people usually used to swear him on her to do their work. Name of Shagun was enough to make his face red. For Shagun, he felt like : then, his responsibilities had become larger, but he didn't care if Shagun was the reward in course of that hard work.
It was a pleasant feeling he had never felt. Everything was going too good. He used to read romantic novels of "two body one soul" and would try to relate each and every line of these types of books. All felt too relatable. He could say he was in love with her madly. His horoscope to his family, everyone had confirmed it.
Yeah, he did get arguments with Shagun. That was the tough time with her. But, that's the stage where relationship get tested, right? Everything felt apart, the whole world felt disoriented in her absence. His life would felt dull and full of thorns again. He had started to get nightmares again. This time, he dreamt of Shagun leaving him besides his mom. He used to felt torn. He did try every single ounce to make her feel secure.
He could pay extra cost to just be with her. He could do anything to maintain that relationship. Because, it's not only the girl who feels broken when the relationship ends, it's the guy too who feels defed when a marriage is called off. Eventually, both did use to sort out their matters.
After a long span of time, both families agreed on a date. Everything was going okay. His whole family was happy. He was too of course. After all, it was Shagun, the love of his life, his best friend, his support system and what not .
