When he flirts with other girls or they flirt with him and he doesn't stop them. You both say things you don't mean to defend yourself, and end up insulting each other.

It's rare, but it happens when he starts worrying about your safety. He keeps insisting you should leave him, ignores whatever you say, and pulls himself away from you. You rarely see him.
🐦Regulus Black🐦
His friends usually cause it, whether it's something they say, or something they make him do. You argue in harsh whispers and sharp glares.
🐦Tom Riddle🐦
He takes his ideas too far. You can only support what he does to an extent, but he thinks your abandoning him. You give each other the silent treatment.
