He answered with tears in his eyes and the most immense joy he ever felt in his life.
Kai slipped the ring over the thin finger of his greatest love.
Taehyun hugged him excitedly and Kai hugged him back as if his life depended completely on that boy, in that moment it seems that the whole world was revolving around them, around their bodies holding tightly each other, around their kiss so loving and warm, exchanged with so much passion that the heat of the Sun just a spark in comparison.
Taehyun: "I love you Kai, I love you more than anything I've ever loved"
Kai: "I love you too Taehyun, I love you to the moon and back"
Taehyun smiled and they exchanged another kiss.
Kai: "If the doctor hadn't brought you here I would have lost my humanity"
He admitted smiling, observing galaxies in his boyfriend's eyes, Taehyun looked at him as if he had slapped him in the face.

When Kai and the doctor returned to the white room, the doctor made a strange grimace at the boy who had still gloomy eyes.
Doctor: "So?"
Kai: "I asked him to marry me"
The man gasped and Kai smiled.
Kai: "As soon as we are in our new home we will get married"
Doctor: "Congratulations, I also bring good news, Soobin's condition has stabilized and his heartbeat has returned to normal for now"
Kai: "Luckily! Do you think he'll get through the night?"
He asked worried.
