"can we ride the teacups!!??" i squealed, dragging hyunjin to the spinning death ride. he groaned but followed, really having no choice.
i jumped in line as the man let us into the area, to which i immediately ran to a purple teacup. yeonjun and soobin went to a green one and a few other people occupied the other colors.
"okay don't throw up please!" i said as the ride started, watching hyunjins wide eyes with a smirk.
"got it." he said, giving me a weak thumbs up with an even weaker smile, which made me laugh.
i grabbed onto the round table-like thing in the center of the cup, pulling on it to spin us even faster. hyunjin laid his head back on the back of the ride, to which i giggled at.
i looked over and saw a blur of blue and pink hair and a scream, which was of course yeonjun. soobin was doing exactly as i was, which yeonjun strongly disliked and only made me laugh harder than i was.
by the time the ride ended, hyunjin was pale and i had to help him out of the cup. he clung to me as if his life depended on it, latched onto my arm as he wobbled out of the area. soobin was carrying yeonjun on his back, the poor boy looked like he was ready to vomit.
"wanna ride the rollercoaster??" i said happily, looking to the pale boy beside me. hyunjin turned his head, eyes wide as his jaw dropped.
"absolutely not!" he exclaimed, returning to clinging to me.
"it was worth a shot." i grumbled, a smile creeping back onto my lips.
"what about the log flume ride? it's pretty hot today so it'll feel nice!" i tried to persuade him, not letting on that there was a high drop. i watched his face contemplate but finally he agreed.
"yeonjun! we're going to the log ride! do yall want to come?!?" i screeched, looking to the boys that were walking closely behind us. soobins face lit up in a smile, but yeonjun had the complete opposite expression.
"we're gonna sit this one out, i'm gonna get him some food while we're at it." soobin said with a small smile, sitting down on a bench in front of the log ride, a frail yeonjun beside him.
i nodded understandingly and dragged hyunjin to the entrance, getting in the line which was only about 10 people deep. as we waited, we could hear the screams from above and i watched as hyunjin began to get anxious. i placed my hand on his and intertwined them, rubbing his hand lightly like he always did for me.
when it was our turn, i stepped into the log first and immediately my butt became wet. hyunjin had to sit behind me since he was bigger, which made me feel like a child but i laughed at it.
he took his chance to wrap his arms around my waist, squeezing me into him. the log then began moving, which emitted a scream from hyunjin. i began cackling as we went up a ramp type thing, leading us to the top.
"you didn't tell me it was a high drop!!!" he shrieked, gripping even tighter onto my stomach. i could do nothing but giggle as the ride leveled out, leading us around a half loop.
when we neared the drop, hyunjin set his head on my shoulder and squeezed me impossibly tighter, making a small grin creep onto my face.
as the ride tilted downwards, i threw my hands up in the air as hyunjin clung to me for dear life, screaming the entire way down. about halfway down there was a flash and i knew it had just taken our picture, which i would definitely be buying in a minute.
at the bottom as the ride was going back to the main area, our bodies were drenched and hyunjin had yet to loosen his grip on me.
"time to get out hyunnie, you have to release your death grip before i suffocate." i chuckled, trying my best to stand up. he released his grip without a word, to which i stood up and held my hand out to him, helping him step out of the log.
