3rd person pov
two figures laid on the sand together, watching the waves crash against the shore. the slowly setting sun was cascading a pink glow over the boys as they sat in each other's embrace, talking about random things.
they were snapped out of their trance as a little girl ran up to them, squealing in happiness as she launched herself at them. the boys giggled and hugged her close to them, smothering her with hugs and peppering small kisses on her soft face.
"appas!! come get in the wa-wa!!" the girl squealed, trying to break free from the boys' grasp to run back to the ocean. the blonde male laughed, releasing her and standing up. he then pulled up the freckled younger, interlocking their hands with a smile.
"let's go lixie, choon-hee says so~" hyunjin giggled, leading felix to follow behind the young girl. felix chuckled as he allowed himself to be led to the water, in the company of his two favorite people.
the trio squealed as the cold water washed over their bare feet, nonetheless enjoying every bit of it. the sun continued to set and casted a darker pink glow across the small family as it neared its rest on the horizon.
hyunjin picked up choon-hee and swung her around in the air, smiling when she screamed out of excitement.
felix felt fuzzy inside as he watched them, unaware of the figures creeping up behind him.
"ready.. ATTACK!!" a voice yelled, and immediately a small figure barreled into the back of felix's legs. the sudden attack made him lose his balance and he fell forwards into the water, cackling as he held the small attacker.
"seungmin!! stop making your kid be your attack dog!!" felix said between laughs, causing seungmin to giggle as well. jeongin was smiling lovingly beside him, hand interlocked with seungmins.
"nari!! make sure you attack hyunjin hyung too!!" jeongin said happily, watching his daughter screech and take off running away from the soaking wet freckled boy.
"i wish i had the energy she has." felix remarked, watching as nari now barreled into hyunjin. hyunjin spun around with wide eyes as he looked for the culprit, still holding
choon-hee.
hyunjin giggled as he bent down and scooped up the wet nari, holding her in his other arm as he spun all three of them around. felix, seungmin, and jeongin all smiled at the scene, wanting to remember it forever.
the sky was a deep purple now, reflecting onto the ocean and making the water a similar color.
"hey!! don't tell us you started the party without us!!" a voice called, causing the boys and their daughters to turn to the source.
jisung was the source, a wide smile on his face as he walked with wonjun, nearing the growing crowd of his friends. felix dragged himself out of the water and took off running across the empty beach, slamming into his friends and bringing them into a giant hug.
"FELIX WHY ARE YOU SOAKING WET??" wonjun screamed, trying his best to escape felix's death grip hug. felix cackled like an insane person and let go, sprinting back to where hyunjin was still playing with the children.
"when is yeonjun gonna get here!?!" seungmin screeched, running into the water to join hyunjin and his daughter. jeongin shook his head while laughing, laying down their blanket and making himself comfortable on the sand.
"exCUSE ME?!?"
"FOUND YEONJUN!!" seungmin screamed again, sprinting out of the water and tackling yeonjun into a soaking wet hug.
