Chapter 6

~ No one's pov:

Barbatos has chosen a date for the sleepover. Informed the demon brothers and the angels that it will be a 3 days and 2 nights full of relaxation.

The demon brothers are quite excited about this, mostly Mammon and Beelzebub. Although, there are some who aren't enthusiastic about it.

Leviathan will have to step out of his room and he is totally having a hard time to do that. For Lucifer has ordered that none of them will be bringing any unnecessary things - and that includes Levi's anime figurines, Asmo's accessories and make-ups.

All they have to bring is extra clothing, at least 3 pairs. Barbatos will prepare other necessities, including the ones for the angels too, as he always have.

Diavolo also had told them that Barbatos will pick up the angels and Solomon after school from The Purgatory Halls, while the brothers be accompanied by Diavolo.

For Diavolo wanting to be with Lucifer, and hope that what he has been thinking of wasn't the truth - the thought of Lucifer wanting to be distant and/or what if Lucifer had marked an Omega?

By staying close to the fallen angel, Diavolo hope to find that out, the sooner the better. He's also hoping that Lucifer isn't paired with anyone else, despite the uneasy feeling inside.

'I won't know what to do if you leave me one day, Luci..'

~ Lucifer's pov:

I coughed on my tea and looked at Barbatos in disbelief. Eyes are on me but I don't give a damn;
"Could you perhaps repeat what you said earlier?"

Barbatos clears his throat;
"Yes, of course."

Barbatos has a list of people who would be sharing a room together. And that list has stated that Diavolo and Lucifer will be in the same room. Normal, yeah?

But when Barbatos exclaimed that he will share a room with Simeon and Satan, Lucifer almost choked on his tea. As in Barbatos isn't gonna be with them this time - Barbatos, Diavolo and Lucifer would always be together as if they're triplets.

But what bothers him more is that he shares the room with Diavolo alone. Like, just the two of them. And that thought managed to make his heart race.

'..what do I do now?'

My heat isn't functioning well and this has to happen? I mean, I do get used to him as a roommate but now that I'm in this.. disgusting state, I really don't feel good.

"Is there something wrong, Lucifer?"

Simeon looked at me with his usual calm expression. I believe he was scheduled to be in a room with Barbatos and Satan.

I shook my head, gaining my composure back as I fold my arms and looked away;
"Nothing important for you to know, Simeon.."

Simeon, an angel from Celestial Realm, his origin is the same as mine, a dominant Omega. Although he's an omega, he doesn't feel bothered of being one. He's a lot opposite of me.

Getting surrounded by Alphas while you're the only Omega in the group is really not a situation I would want to be in, it is rather uncomfortable.

Most angels up there are Omegas and Betas, it's rare to have Alpha angels. And Mammon was one of them; the only Alpha in the family back in the Celestial Realm - before Satan born into the family, of course.

While Alpha is a really popular origin in Devildom. Down here, you rarely encounter an Omega unlike in Celestial Realm.

I've got to admit that I'm quite envious of Simeon being able to feel comfortable being one of the weakest origin — Don't get me wrong, just because you're an Omega doesn't mean you're weak. I meant a different kind of weak. But I won't state what I meant.

A pat on my shoulder brought me back from my thoughts. I looked at the hand on my shoulder, seeing as it's a tanned-skin and black nail colour, I flinched a bit. Looking up at the certain demon who's smiling right at my face.

"Now, it's not the first time we've shared a room together, Lucifer. It'll be like the old times!"

Yes. Diavolo is right. It will be just like the old times. Don't overthink unreasonable things, Lucifer. Diavolo isn't the type to get affected by pheromones so easily. So it should be fine.

"As always."

~ No one's pov:

Everyone has settled into their assigned rooms. Diavolo alone with Lucifer. Barbatos, Simeon and Satan in one room. Beelzebub, Belphegor and Luke in the same room. Leviathan assigned to be with Mammon, and lastly Solomon with Asmodeus — Lucifer also isn't impressed of these arrangement of Solomon and Asmodeus.

Despite dicussing about the fun activities Barbatos had planned out, Asmo has been awfully too close to Solomon. And Solomon doesn't even bother to tell the demon off, most likely letting Asmo snuggled up onto him.

Nonetheless, Lucifer still has to deal with his own problem,  he'll think about dealing Asmo later. Since it's almost time for dinner, Lucifer decided to check up on his brothers after arranging his clothes.

Diavolo is in his own bedroom for now. He will join Lucifer in their assigned bedroom after dinner. Lucifer has asked him to give him space so he could freely arrange his things.

Simeon help Barbatos prepare the food, for he loves cooking and would want to kill time. They brought along Luke to prepare the desserts which Barbatos would help out as well.

Nothing beats Barbatos' and Simeon's cooking and Luke's baking. Oh, they also forbid Solomon to enter the kitchen along with the others — "to be fair," they say.

Right now,  the younger brothers and Solomon are roaming around the castle with the Little Ds watching over them, making sure they don't do immature things.

Little D no.4 is most likely the one they don't want to annoy with their childish behavior, for its 'Satan 2.0'. Which  had Satan radiates quite a scary aura from that statement — from Mammon, his Alpha older brother.

Hold up, I haven't mentioned what the twins and Leviathan are doing — clearly the twins would crash into the room Mammon and Leviathan assigned in, to 'play' with their only Beta older brother.

Well, Leviathan had no choice but to 'cooperate' with his little brothers; one of the reason being their the only Beta in the castle now — plus Luke.

But that little angel friend of theirs are in cooking duty now. Knowing Luke would be helping out and about in the kitchen, Beel is looking forward to it that he kept drooling everytime he thinks of what the food would be.

Just before Levi starts his laptop he brought with Lucifer's permission, Lucifer barged into the room. Closing the door real quick and locks it behind him, looking at his younger brothers who seemed surprised.

The first born sighed and took a sit on a chair near Levi's bed. Pinching the bridge of his nose as he leaned forward with his elbows on his knees — not minding the 3 Betas staring at him in silence.

"Just continue what you were doing. Don't mind me, I would appreciate that." - Lucifer

Belphie and Levi looked at each other before Beel spoke up, somehow concerned about Lucifer being like this;
"Is it about your assigned roommate..?"

"As you already knew, Beel."
