The doors to the elevator opened up and I walked out and looked around. As I looked I spotted a log cabin surrounded by spot lights and a huge wall with guards on top of it. "Alright team, your suits have been equipped with cloak technologies. Cloak and let's move." Preston tapped his wrist com a few times and he turned invisible. The four others and I did the same and we all disappeared. "Watch the battery life on your cloaks. Too much movement will use up all your battery life." Knox said into his mic. We all walked forwards slowly trying not to drain our batteries. "John, two guards, top of the left tower. Pick off one and I'll get the other." Preston said. I aimed my suppressed Bal-27 at the guard on the left. As soon as I took the shot I saw the man drop and then the other guard dropped as Preston shot him. "Nice shot rookie." I nodded, despite the fact he couldn't see me, and moved forward with the group. "We've got a group of dogs headed you way." Knox said into the comms. Sure enough, when I turned my head to look to my right there was a group of five soldiers with three dogs accompanying them. "All right team, drop them on my cue... 1...2...3." As soon as the 3 escaped his mouth we all opened fire with our suppressed weapons, the five soldiers and three dogs dropped to the ground pooling in blood.

We reached the wall and hid in the shadows it cast. "Alright, charge your cloaks team." ordered Preston. We all turned off our cloaks letting them recharge. "So what's the plan?" I asked.
"We blow the wall with C4 and then re-cloak, after that we move in unnoticed and infiltrate the cabin. Once we are inside we grab the Prime Minister and get out." I nodded understanding the plan and then watched as Knox pulled out C4 and placed it on the wall. We all stood clear of the wall as Preston nodded to Knox. Seemingly as in accordance with the C4 exploding the canopy of the holographic roof started falling in on us. "Holy shit look out John!" Joker yelled as he dove at me tackling me out of the way just before a piece of roof fell on me. As roof continued to fall we ran to find a way out, soon enough we found an exit in a blown apart wall. As we walked out we beheld a sight worse than anything the sim could make. The Atlas base was under attack, helicopters flew overhead some stopping to drop off soldiers and others just flying around strafing our soldiers. "Shit... We knew they'd find us sometime. Just not this soon." Preston said. "Wait? Who are they?! What's going on here?!" I asked. "We'll explain later. For now we need to protect this base, it's the main testing base." He said jumping off the edge of the platform and landing on the ground. I followed suit, with not as great a landing. I ran forward trying to follow Preston and Joker as close as possible when out of nowhere a man jumped out at me from in between two supply crates. "Oh shit!" I yelled out as he tackled me to the ground. While I was on the ground I looked up at the man who had me by the throat and could only see his eyes. The other part of his face was covered by a mask with a skullish kind of ghostly looking emblem painted on. I tried to move but the man was stronger than I was. All of a sudden the man went limp after a small scream of pain. I looked around to see another soldier walking towards me wielding an ARX-160. "Get up rookie, still got a whole bunch of Ghosts to kill." The man said. As I stood up I asked "Ok, first off, who are you? And secondly what exactly are Ghosts?" The man shook his head and sighed then said "Thank god we aren't in a war zone or anything of the sort." He said sarcastically. "First off my name is Gideon and secondly a Ghost is one of those people you just saw. They're an American group of soldiers hell bent on taking out Atlas." We started to jog forward him filling me in on the way. We stopped once we got to the forward operations base. As I looked up into the sky watching the Ghost helicopters continue their assault I heard a sound similar to their helicopters but a bit more high pitched. Gideon raised up his hand silencing the question he knew was brewing inside me and just pointed at the sky. I looked back up just in time to see at lease 10 warbirds uncloak and open fire on the helicopters. The helicopters that weren't shot down started to fly away ,knowing they were outnumbered, with the Warbirds in chase.

Two hours later the rest of the Ghosts had been driven out of the compound and Atlas had regrouped. I had met back up with Preston, Joker, and Knox and left Gideon to reunite with his squad. "Nice job rookie, this wasn't exactly the orientation, but I guess it worked." Preston said. "So did I make it?" I asked cautiously. "Well let's just say... Welcome to Atlas."
