Where have I landed?
Where have I been stranded?
I am ever so alone,
And all I can hear is my tone,
At night,
I sit by the firelight,
And as it sparkles,
Around it, I take circles,
I'm sighing,
To myself, I'm lying,
That it'll be alright,
When I know I'm not right,
My only visitors are the leaves that fly by,
Because no person ever comes by,
So, I can't help but cry,
When I look at the sky,
And my eyes dart.to the stars,
Which ignite my old scars,
As I realize that even they,
With their beautiful rays,
Are not alone,
And so I moan,
That I don't want to be alone,
And I don't want to be as still as stone,
And I just want to run,
To see the sun,
With a friend of old,
Who once told,
"That I'll always be here",
But now, why aren't you here?
I thought you'll stay,
But you went away,
So without you, I'll run way,
And do as I may.
This is from Megatron's POV. The Megatron from IDW (my version). The friend mentioned was Optimus, whom Megatron considers his brother, of course.
