"We must protect families, we must protect children, who have inalienable rights and should be loved, should be taken care of physically and mentally, and should not be brought into the world only to suffer." -Indira Gandhi

Antonio POV

Like hell, if that John fucker is going to get away with harming la mia bambina. If that bitch Larissa was still alive, the things I would do to her. Oh well, since she's dead the fucker in my basement is just going to get tortured 4 times as much. It'll just be worse for him, more amazing for me. (my little girl)

I finally come back to reality and get into action. Ilias had calmed down now with his cheeks and his eyes now both puffy from the crying. Surprisingly, Mateo looked like he was ready to start a war. I have to admit it freaked even me out a little.

Mateo was, no doubt, the softie out of the entire family, even me as his father-who has known him since he has left Abbi's womb-I have never seen him with this look on his face. I stand up from my place on the floor with Isabella safely in my arms with her head still resting on my shoulder.

To gently place Isabella on the couch. I put a pillow under her head while Leonardo placed a soft gray blanket on her. I left to find Alessandro, leaving the rest of my sons to watch Isabella for me. I finally find Alessandro in the dining room, finding him with him standing with his head leaning against the wall, trying to keep the obvious tears in his eyes from falling.

I walked over to him, to place my hand on his shoulder. As I did, the front he had put up came crumbling down. Alessandro, my eldest son, for the first time in 13 years, cried. He turned around to hug me. All I can do is simply hug him back. I wish I could fix this, tell him that it's all gonna be ok but I can't because I would just be lying to him.

After just a short amount of time Alessandro pulls away from the hug turning away from me to wipe the tears that remain. We both simultaneously leave the dining room to go to the living where the rest of my sons remain waiting for us to find out what we're going to do.

"Alright, Ilias stay and watch your sister if anything happens immediately come get one of us. The rest of you come with me we're going to have a meeting in my office." I whisper just loud enough for everyone to hear me. I don't wait for any response as I just turn around and start walking.

I know they followed me as I hear the sound of their loud footsteps right behind me. How is it that they can walk so loudly here but anywhere else it's almost impossible to hear them coming?

I reach my office only to struggle not to take out my anger on all of my belongings in the room. I lean on my desk, making a point not to make eye contact with any of my sons, contemplating on whether or not to call her.

If this were to involve anything else I would call her. But seeing as this does involve Isabella and they don't even know she's back yet, if they find out that I was just now telling her after over a decade there is no way I would make it out alive. That's not even mentioning the fact that we only just got Isabella back 2 weeks ago and she is still adjusting to everything. She's just now opening up to us about herself. Then again she's going to have to meet/know about them eventually, same goes for them. Man, I hate making decisions.

I was completely lost in my thoughts with the outside world just fading away. That was until someone cleared their throat, making my head shoot up at the sudden sound.

"Hate to interrupt whatever you're thinking so hard about over there but, what the hell are we going to do about what she just told us?" Ricardo seethed through gritted teeth. All eyes immediately snapped to Ricardo, even I am a little taken aback by this. Ricardo has never raised his voice at me before, normally he stays to himself, doing his own little thing.

"What do you boys think about giving her a call?" I questioned, knowing they know who I was talking about. Mischievous grins came across all of their faces.

"Dad, are you sure? You haven't even told them about Isabella being found yet." Alessandro interjected. Almost instantly all of my sons started cackling like the little maniacs they are. Is this really what is going to make them laugh like this? Knowing their own father is going to be beaten senselessly and without mercy. I couldn't help but tap my foot impatiently waiting for all their cackling to come to an end.

"Oh..my god, she...m-might actually...kill y-you!" Mateo blurted out through all of his cackling and gasping for air. I have to admit that it's the truth. Nevertheless, I still roll my eyes at his words.

"I know, I know but this is my-no our principessa were talking about and I'll be damned if the fucker in our basement doesn't get the full Romano experience from all of the Romanos." I asserted with the sly smirk on my face just becoming bigger and bigger. My sons all glanced around the room, all of their smirks looking more and more like mine, with each glance that was made between them.

"All right it's settled then, Isabella is finally going to meet the rest of the Romano family" Alessandro declared with all of his brothers nodding their heads 'yes' to his statement.

I reached for my phone inside my pocket and scrolled through the contacts before I found the one labeled 'mom.' I took a deep breath preparing myself for the ear full I was about to receive. I clicked 'call' and brought the phone up to my ear.
