CHAPTER 19

Rachel's POV

Today I surprisingly woke up before Gio but spent some time in my thoughts wondering how my day was going to be like, I'm mostly excited about shopping maybe after then I'll know what I'm going to wear for the date.
Jumping out of bed I decided to go shower and make everyone breakfast since I'm in a good mood.

Now feeling fresh in my comfortable leggings topped with Gio's white T-shirt I went to the kitchen to work on what I'll be making for breakfast.

Gio's luxurious life shouldn't come as a surprise to me by now but I still get caught off guard by how beautiful and gorgeous everything looks,opening the two door fridge I found it empty well except for the orange juice bottle.

"Morning miss Miller" startled I turned around to see Authur with grocery bags in his hands.
"I'm sorry to have startled you Rachel but I figured I should go shopping since you guys are staying here for a while, I also called the housekeeper she should be here in a few to make you guys breakfast"he said placing the bags on the counter, is he ever not wearing suits?.
"Thank you Authur but I will take care of the breakfast and the housekeeper can do the rest"I replied smiling at him.
"That's no problem I'll inform her as soon as she gets here, everything you'll need is in there" he replied pointing at the groceries and leaving.

I decided to make toasted bread,scrambled eggs,cocktail sausages and sliced avocados on the side but since everyone is still asleep I decided to add beacon but to my surprise I
found lamb rashers instead, I guess Gio doesn't do Pork,
Anyhow I proceeded to fry the lamb rashers,they are not that bad I've had them before at a Halaal restaurant.

"Look at you turning into Sarah"Maria said walking into the kitchen full of energy.
"Smells amazing what is that" she added looking at the lamb rashers.
"I'm not turning into Sarah, I'm just making breakfast" I replied rolling my eyes at her.
"It's lamb rashers I guess Gio doesn't fuck with Pork" I added flipping the rashers.
"Help me plate everything will you" I asked and she complied, like me she is already showered and mind I tell you Maria is a heavy sleeper which has me wondering why Gio is taking so long he doesn't look like a heavy sleeper.

"How did you sleep" I asked finally adding the rashers on the plates.
Now what's left to do is decide what beverages everyone prefers in the morning,I know Maria and I just work with what we have so I took out the orange juice I saw in the fridge along with four glasses.
"Good I actually love how amazing those sheets felt " she replied taking her plate and poring orange juice for the both of us.
"Thanks for the breakfast  and I'm not even going to bother asking you how you slept last night because I'm sure the heavens also heard you moaning"she replied eating her food.
"Really was I that loud?" I asked shocked and embarrassed at the thought of London hearing all that.
"Yep pretty loud" London replied walking in with Gio behind him,well dressed might I add.

"Thank you for breakfast ladies but unfortunately we won't be long we have business to take care of" Gio said  poring himself orange juice and getting on with breakfast like he didn't just bust my bubble.
"Umm what about our plans...shopping?" I asked awkwardly.
"Please take Maria with and I'll send a few guys to escort you, here is my card" he said taking out his wallet and passing me his credit card.

"Wait we're going out shopping and you're giving us your credit card?"Maria squeaked in disbelief I'm sure mentally preparing herself to fuck his bank account and I'm so down with her,Gio is being stupid giving me his card.
"I trust you'll know when to stop" he replied looking at me.
"That's unfair you're making it hard for me just give me a budget to work with" I replied taking the card off the counter.
"Why should I limit you" he asked still focused on his food.
"Buy what you guys want and need I'm sure it won't do much damage to my finances in fact that's not even my main card so go have fun"he added downing my juice.
"Can we also go on a shopping spree I'm sure this can wait" London complained pouting his lips at Gio.
"Nop now please get Ace and his guys to escort the ladies" he replied looking at London who frowned and picked up his phone"Make sure it's Ace" Gio shouted after him.
"Why Ace" Maria asked using air quotes.
"He is good at his job" he replied staring at me as if I'm the one who asked.
