It was finally friday, Sarah was excited to see Dylan, she was waiting the whole weekend and this was the first time they've been away from each other for so long. She went out of the dorms and sat on the stairs looking everywhere and constantly checking the time.

After half hour she checked the time again, letting out a sigh and taking her phone out. She dialed Dylan's number but there was no answer. She began to worry. Maybe something happened to him? she thought calling again. He finally answered.

"Sarah, sorry I was busy" he said with a sigh.

"Oh, hey are you coming? You're like an hour late" she said with a chuckle.

"Yeah... sorry about that, I was about to call you, I won't be able to make it Sarah, my boss just called and told me we have this huge event on monday and we'll need to stay in the office during the weekend too" he reluctantly said.

Sarah stood there for a bit without saying anything.

"Im truly sorry I miss you, I want to see you so bad but I can't be in bad terms with my boss when I just got the job..."

"I know" she said trying to hold back the tears.

"Listen, I promise I'll try to go during the week, maybe take a day off or something because I miss you, I really do" he said as Sarah smiled.

"Okay" she said trying to avoid speaking too much.

"I love you okay? I'll call you later" he said as she gasped.

"I love you too" she said hunging up.

She let her phone on her lap resting her head on both hands, with tears falling down her cheeks, she couldn't hold it anymore, she was sad. Not only sad but upset too, upset with the fact she wouldn't be seeing him today.

"You're smooth, girls love that"

"Still, I don't wanna just go there you know?"

"Relax Daniel, girls are easy to talk to if you're nice enough"

Daniel and Trevor were walking towards the entrance of the dorms, Sarah noticed and quickly wiped the tears out of her face. Daniel saw her and Trevor suggested him to go and check on her, Daniel glanced at him with confusion, he wasn't sure it was the best idea but Trevor encouraged him to do so, so he walked towards Sarah.

"Are you okay?" he asked trying to be nice.

"Y-Yeah" she said looking away.

"Hey Sarah" he said sitting next to her "I know we might not be best friends but you're clearly sad and Im here to listen, so let's give it a try shall we?" he said with a smile.

Sarah looked up at him and smiled, it was a small smile but she was happy he was there, she really needed to talk to someone at least to let the anger out.

"It's nothing really-"

"Don't say it's nothing, c'mon Im all ears" he insisted when Trevor waved to warn Daniel they were leaving soon.

"But... Trevor's waiting, you're going to a party aren't you?" Sarah asked worried.

"We were at the party actually, we just came to pick something up, Trevor's on that so no worries" he smiled.

She let out a sigh.

"Well, you see... it's kind of a long story" she said with a chuckle.

"I have time" he insisted.

"Okay then..."

She began telling him about the very beggining, everything that happened between her and Dylan, finishing the story with the recent fight.
