"Jungkookie!" Seokjin exclaimed as soon as his old friend entered the restaurant. It was quite late so there weren't many clients, however those few people that still hadn't left, gasped and started whispering once they saw Jeon Jungkook. One teenager girl even secretly took picture of the famous boxer.

"Hyung! I've missed you so much!" The athlete happily engulfed Jin in a hug, completely covering the older's thin frame with his muscular one.

"Then why didn't you come over at least once in a while, huh?" He scolded Jungkook like a little boy. "I could as well die and you wouldn't even know!"

"I'm sorry hyung..." The boy whined feeling guilty for neglecting his friend for few months. Not that he did it on purpose, he just had a lot on his mind for all that time. But of course that wasn't excuse. "I really really really promise to never do that again."

Seokjin eyed the younger to make sure he meant what he said. "Alright, I'll believe you this time. But don't you dare to disappear like that ever again."

"I won't, Jin-hyung." The male promised flashing his famous bunny smile. "I was so happy when you called me today."

"Bet you forgot about my existence at all."

"What? Nooo!" Jungkook cried out immediately and shook his hands in denial. "Of course, I didn't! I just... well, you know why I was so distracted lately..."

"Not here. Come with me, Kook."

Seokjin led two of them to the VIP area where they could enjoy more privacy. It was a small room on the second floor where no one would eavesdrop them. Before they got in, Jin asked one of the waiters to bring all the meals he had personally prepared for Jungkook earlier.

"Tell me, how have you been all this time Kook?" A concern was visible in Seokjin's eyes as he tried to get some answers from the younger. "I've seen all you fights on tv. Everyone says your style has become more violent. Does it have to do anything with that particular guy whose name we don't mention?"

Usually always intimidating boxer, suddenly became all flustered from a simple question. He gulped down a glass of water before answering his hyung. "N-no. I'm over him. Really. It's over. I mean not that we have ever been a thing in the first place, but still. He's in the past now... Yeah, totally."

That didn't sound convincing at all. Not for Seokjin, but what could he do. He actually wished that Jungkook's words would become true one day. Despite being a big bad boy on boxing ring, the male had soft and fragile heart, many had no idea about. Jin was one of those lucky people who knew Jungkook's real self.

"Just know that you can always talk to me, okay? I'm here for you, Kook. Anytime."

A smile tugged at the boy's lips when he heard his hyung. Seokjin was always so kind and attentive towards him. He was Jungkook's real friend that the younger loved wholeheartedly. The boxer was more than grateful for such person in his life.

"I'm good Jin-hyung, but thank you. It means a lot."

Slowly the table filled with mouthwatering dishes and before Jungkook could realize it, he was already digging in Jjajangmyeon with one pair of chopsticks while with another he was trying to reach for Gimbap as his mouth was already stuffed with Bossam. Yes, he might have looked like someone who starved for weeks, but he couldn't help himself. Not when all his favorite dishes were in front of him.

Seokjin kindly let the younger finish eating first, before moving to the reason why he asked Jungkook to visit him. He, himself took a bite or two of the meat, however, watching Jungkook eat with so much delight was enough for Jin to be full.
