Jimin couldn't believe what he had just seen. His mind was unable to accept the fact that someone who he considered to be a friend, was capable of hurting not just him but Hoseok as well.

As soon as Taehyung and Hoseok showed him the copy of security camera footage, it felt like Jimin's world stopped. It was unbelievable how someone who you don't expect to be bad person, might turn out the worst. Jimin more and more realized why Hoseok and Yoongi didn't trust a single soul in showbusiness. Anyone could betray you without a second thought.

Jimin payed the driver of cab and looked up at a small apartment complex where he was heading all this time. He needed answers more than anything. He needed to know why.

The ravenette slowly made his way on the third floor and knocked at a metal door behind which he had been several times before. It hurt that it was his last time visiting this house.

"I'm coming!" He heard familiar voice a moment later and the door flew wide open, revealing smiling Sana. Her mouth formed 'o' when she saw Jimin, nevertheless, she yanked the male in her apartment second later, blabbering as usual.

Jimin just stared at her, replaying the recording in his head again and again. It was certainly Sana, but at the same time it didn't make any sense.

"I made a cake yesterday. You totally gotta taste it. It's sooooo good." The female brought her guest to the small kitchen and poured him some juice while cutting a big piece of cake to him. "Here you go!" She placed a plate in front of Jimin and sat across the male, looking at him with twinkling eyes.

No, this really made zero sense.

"Why are you so quiet today? Did something happen?" Sana asked the ravenette who played with his fork, instead of eating delicious cake. Jimin never missed a chance to eat something yummy, especially if it was for free.

"Taehyung and Hoseok found out who in reality set me up and harmed Hobi so bad." Jimin sighed, leaning against the chair and looking at Sana with pain in his tired eyes.

"What?" The female paled, still trying to act normal, but failing as her hands trembled.

"I know, Sana."

The female looked down in attempt to hide her teary eyes. How was that possible? How did they find out?

"I saw the camera footage of that day. It shows clearly how you put in my train case makeup with dangerous chemicals. I just don't understand why did you do it? No matter how long I think about it I can't..."

"You wanna know why?" Sana's voice went few octaves deeper, completely replacing her usual high-pitched tone. Her eyes became soulless, kinda of scaring Jimin. "You really couldn't understand why I did that? It was because I wanted you gone, Jimin."

"Why?" The male asked with shaky voice. It hurt to listen to Sana's ruthless words. He never knew this side of her.

"Because you took away Taehyung from me!" She sobbed and buried face in her hands. "You stole the only person who actually mattered to me. He is my everything, okay? And before you appeared we were just fine. But then he suddenly started talking only about you. I was by his side for years, but you became his best friend? What nonsense, Jimin? What do you have that I don't? How are you so special?"

"Do you have feelings for him?" Jimin's brows furrowed as he tried put pieces of puzzle together. The way Sana was always by Taehyung's side. The way she did anything the model asked her to, and the way she looked at Taehyung with so much adoration in her eyes. How could Jimin fail to notice it?

"He's the closest person I have. Why did you shift his whole attention solemnly on you?"

"You think that was my goal?"

"I just want my Tae back." Tears cascaded down the female's puffy cheeks and Jimin couldn't help but feel bad for her. What if Taehyung was Sana's comfort person and his friendship with Jimin made her feel like she lost him? What if she felt third-wheeling whenever Taehyung endlessly talked about Jimin?

"That doesn't justify what you did to Hobi. I don't even talk about myself. You put his life in danger! That is something and I cannot understand and accept."

"I didn't think he would be hospitalized because of this. I'm sorry."

"You need help, Sana." Jimin said as calmly as possible, watching the horror flash in female's eyes.

"W-what do you mean?" Her reddened eyes from crying widened as she looked at Jimin bewildered.

"Despite everything that you did, I want to help you." Jimin was sincere with her. It might not have been the best decision, but he really wanted Sana to solve her issues and overcome dark times. After all she was just another broken soul by this life, wasn't she?

"Don't let this mistake ruin your whole life. I talked to Hoseok and we won't tell the world that it was you who poisoned him. He agreed to post a video with your face blurred, so people realize that I wasn't in fault. I believe that you are a talented girl who can have a beautiful life. Please, get better and come back. I'll be waiting for my old friend who spoiled me with pastry every time we met."

Jimin got so emotional, while recalling happy moments with Sana. He believed that she was a good person deep down. Maybe after necessary treatment she would start loving herself more than the idea of other people loving her.

"I don't deserve a second chance or your forgiveness." She lowered her head in shame.

"I never said that I forgive you." Jimin took one of Sana's cold hands to warm it in between his palms. "You'll earn my forgiveness when you come back, okay?"

Jimin didn't know what was Sana's past. He wasn't aware of what she had to go through earlier, but something made her so attached to Taehyung that she even harmed people that she actually cared about. Sana's little obsession over Taehyung would lead to bigger psychological problems in the future.

Sana had to put end to this. Now.

"I regretted my actions as soon as Hoseok got hospitalized." The female admitted. "My stupid issues really put someone's life in danger. I never intended it, Jimin. I swear, I'm not a murderer!"

"I know." The ravenette said softly.

"I'll try to use this chance, I promise." Sana ducked her head grateful. "I'll apologize to Hoseok and Taehyung once I'll be completely fine. I'm a terrible mess for last few months." She chuckled, looking so cute and innocent for a moment.

"Everything will be fine." Jimin assured her.

The male wasn't saint. Part of him was angry and felt betrayed. He yet had to forgive the female. Jimin just hoped he would be able to do that. But first of all, he wanted to make sure that Sana would get better.

All Jimin could do was hope that he was doing the right thing.

A/N: Okay, so two of you guessed that it was Sana and I was really surprised. How did you guys guess?😂

Anyways, thoughts on Jimin's decision to send Sana to get treatment? Would you do the same at his place?

I showed in this chapter how Jimin sees only good in people. Even when he saw the footage with his own eyes, he still observed the situation from Sana's point of view and managed to understand her.

I think in real life that happens too rarely😕
