               ☄️chapter 14:different act☄️

After the hang out with Yuuji and the guys it was getting pretty late. Loid will think I'm out here fucking, if I don't get home. The guys wanted to stay a little bit longer, so I didn't ask them to walk me home. I wasn't that far away from my place, so it's fine. I told them goodbye and I walked away. I walk thru the dark alley and sing my favourite song out loud. There were no people around me, so I felt a little bit too confident about my vocals. And the fav part of the song came, so I sang loud.

"Nice voice, doll face", a voice broke the silence around me. I turn around to see Hanma leaning on a wall smoking a cigarette and with a bruise on his cheeks. I'm guessing it was from Mikey's punch the other day.

"Good, you just ruined my chances to get recognised by a famous producer and get famous, thanks", I roll my eyes and I smile at him

"Good, you just ruined my chances to get recognised by a famous producer and get famous, thanks", I roll my eyes and I smile at him. Act like nothing happened, y/n.

"Sorry, sorry. I didn't mean to ruin you career plan, forgive me", he threw the cigarette in the ground and stepped on it, then he walked up to me, "heading home?", he asked.

"Yeah, it's getting late", I looked at my watch that was also a tracker, that my dad put to see where am I and if in danger. Pretty cool.

"Want some company?", he put his hand around my shoulders and that was it. I felt a little bit uncomfortable and remembered my dad's words: don't feel pressured to do anything you're not comfortable with. Well, thanks, Loid, you were actually useful this time. I pushed Hanma's hand away and he didn't asked me why. He just continued to walk next to me. "Maybe I can come around and apologise to your dad, cause I feel bad".

"Maybe you shouldn't", I let out a nervous chuckle and looked ahead of me to avoid his curious look.

We were walking towards the direction of my house and we were talking like we used to do before last night. He didn't made any moves on me after the hug, so I was comfortable. Hanma will turn out to be very understanding guy. I didn't expect it from him. He looks so rude and dangerous, but he's actually..sweet. He even walked me right to my door. Before I turn around to tell him good night, he grabbed my hand and pulled me towards him, then he wrapped his hands around me and whispered in my ear: 'I don't want you to feel uncomfortable about what happened yesterday, you don't have to choose, we can be friends'. I wrap my hands around his neck and said: 'thank you'.
We stayed like that for a while and suddenly the door to my apartment opens up and my dad walks on me and Hanma still hugging each other. Loid got pale, when he saw us. Hanma pulled himself away and made a step back.

"Dad/ sir", we said at the same time and our cheeks were now red like tomatoes.

"You two get inside. Immediately", Loid move to the side and we both walk inside. We sat on the couch and Hanma kept his distance to not provoke my dad even more. Mom and Anya were watching from the side, while my dad was standing right in front of Hanma. He put his hands on his hips, what a sassy queen you are, Loid. He looked at Hanma and furrowed his thick blonde eyebrows.

"Mister Forger, let me explain", Hanma tried to speak up, but my dad raised his hand in front of the boys now pale face.

"I don't need you to explain anything to me, boy, just tell me your name", dad said.

"Hanma Shuji, sir".

"Hanma, huh?", dad looked him up and down, his focus was mainly on the boy's hair. Loid never liked this kind of hairstyle, he thought only punks wear this hairstyle, "I'm not sure you are the right match for my precious baby girl, my amazing angel, my princess..".

"He got it, dad", I stopped him before he tried to embarrass me even further.

"Right", Loid clears his throat, "I don't think you are the right match for y/n".

"You're right, mister Forger, I'm not. I'm not a good and innocent guy, but I would never do anything to hurt your daughter. Y/n is one of a kind-smart, beautiful and kind. A guy like me would never be a right match, but I will try my best for her", Hanma looks my dad straight into his blue eyes and clinched his fists. Holly shit, he's serious, I thought to myself. My dad was really surprised by what he said and smiled after processing it all.

"I hope you keep your promise, Hanma, because if you don't I have to kill you", my dad let's put a smile. Hanma got really scared, cause he remembered that day, when I got attacked. Poor guy. "One more thing".

"Yes, sir?", Hanma asks.

"Did you guys had sex yet?", both me and Hanma were too stunned to speak, our cheeks were burning red and I almost feinted.

"DAD?!", I shouted at him.

"What? I am your father and I need to know, if you are sexually active. What, if you get pregnant and you are too scared to..", before my dad could finish my mom wrapped his hands around his neck and squeezed it thigh to stop him from talking.

"I think it's time for you to rest, dear, say bye to the kind boy", my mom said and started dragging dad away from us. My dad waved as a bye to Hanma and both of the disappeared.

I walked Hanma to the doors. He stood in front of me and smiled at me. He was really tall, scarily tall if I have to be honest and his eyes were such a pretty colour. I lean to the door and I smile back at him.

"I'm sorry about my dad", I said to him and I shook my head in disappointment, "he can be weird sometimes".

"Don't worry", Hanma let out a chuckle and is now moving closer to me. He puts his hand on the door above me and leans closer to my ear, "tell him I'll be careful, when I fuck you". My cheeks were burning and he noticed it, so he puts an annoying smirk on his face. I came back to life and I push him away.

"Good night, dork", I said and I walked inside closing the door in his face.

"Good night, doll face", I hear from outside the door and I hear his steps getting away from our house. I smiled. You're something else, Hanma Shuji.
