The Alpha's Obsession

Jimin was about to kiss Jeongguk when a loud knock was heard from the front door, it started both males as they looked at each other and blushed.  Jimin stood up from the alpha's lap and sat on his original seat, Jeongguk then stood up to answer the door. It was Yoongi.

Yoongi just sighed when he saw Jeongguk only in his boxers, "How many times do I have to tell you to cover yourself up? Aren't you cold? Winter's coming" Yoongi said as he shivers

"Winter omega or Winter-"

"I'm talking about the fucking weather," Yoongi rolled his eyes, Jeongguk chuckled "So, why are you here anyway?" The taller cocks his brows which made Yoongi sigh.

"Ah! You've been gone for 3 days you fucker and it's about Jackson's case" Yoongi looked at Jeongguk "Where have you been anyways? The chief's son is also nowhere to be seen!" Yoongi whisper-yelled.

"Oh! Really?" Jeongguk said looking surprised, "I haven't seen him"

"I didn't ask if you saw him or not Jeon" Yoongi rolled his eyes, it was Jeongguk'z turn to roll his eyes "Yeah, whatever."

"I'll meet you at Namjoon's place later so we could talk about the issue," Yoongi said as he left Jeon's cabin. Jeongguk closed the door and saw Jimin eating peacefully. "Hey," Jeongguk said softly, Jimin looked up at him with his mouth full.

Jimin looked at him innocently as he chews on his food, "I have to go somewhere later, are you sure your heat's gone?"

"Yeah," Jimin said more like mumbled, he wasn't really sure if the heat's gone or not, his heat usually takes up about a week but for some reason but being with an alpha on his heat for the very first time would lessen the days of his heat.

That was his sister told him, "You sound so unsure, are you okay?" Jeongguk asked, "If you want I'll cancel my meeting later to stay with you-"

"No!" Jimin raised his voice, Jeongguk looked at him confused "I mean, you don't have to."

"Just-" Jeongguk sighed "Just call me when you need anything, yeah?"

Jimin nodded in response which made Jeongguk chuckle lowly, "I have to take a bath, wanna join?" Jeongguk looked at Jimin.

"Ew! No! Pervert" Jimin rolled his eyes as he continue to eat "You were saying something different last nig-"

"PERV!!!" Jimin yelled as Jeongguk laughed hysterically.

Jeongguk's POV

After I left my cabin, I spot Jin-hyung watering the plants outside their cabin, He looked at me and smiled. I only gave him a nod which made him smile even more, "I haven't seen you in a while," he said, "I've been busy," I heard him sigh which made me look at him "What's wrong?" I asked. 

"I'm just worried about Namjoon, he became so paranoid after Jackson's case, that he can't even let the pups go outside to play" I would be paranoid as well if I have a family, but that's not the case here. It's about who killed Jackson. I entered their cabin and saw Hoseok, Yoongi, Taehyung, and Namjoon all seating together. 

All of them looked at me, the relief on their faces was seen immediately, "Jeongguk," Hoseok sighed heavily as he stood up from his seat and hugged me, "Where were you?!" Then I got slapped by an omega. Great. 

"I caught a cold," I lied "So, what's the news?" I asked as I sat in front of all of them, Jin-hyung sat beside Namjoon-hyung, trying to calm him. 

No one answered. 

"I said, What's the news? any updates?" I sat straight as I adjust my coat, again, no one answered. "Did Chenle give you updates about the case?" I started to light my cigarette up and huffed, I looked at them one by one and said "Are you fucking deaf or you can't fucking understand the things I'm trying to say?"

I could feel the tension in the room, Hoseok's pheromones were really strong when it comes to situations like this. "No need to get aggressive, Gguk," Jin said gently "Stay calm," He said once again, I huffed some smoke and looked at Taehyung. 

"Taehyung. You were the one of the alpha's I assigned to guard, do you have any clues?" I asked, he stared at me and shook his head. "None of us found anything that was related to Wang's case, it's like the killer planned all of this from the very beginning" Taehyung stated. 

I huff another smoke, I have never seen such a case before, this is the first time the pack had a problem like this. "Tell Jaehyun to contact the pack from the South, I heard they know what to do when it comes to like this." I said, "Tell all wolves that they have to stay alert, I'll consult with the head alpha later on" I groan in annoyance making them flinch, "I expected a lot more from all of you," I said, they all looked at me with a shock expression, "Especially, you, Namjoon-hyung" 

It was never an easy task to tell people what to do, I mean it is but the problem is that they never really listen and that fucking annoys me. "We have to hunt tomorrow, winter is coming. We need fur to make coats and food that's good for the whole winter season" I sighed and looked at Jin-hyung, "Make sure all of the omega's are at home, we don't want to risk anything, we everyone safe. Understood?" They all nodded. 

I stood up and straightened my coat, I looked at all of them, "I'll see you all around, and don't fucking call me to your meetings if your just gonna sit here and stay quiet." I said harshly "You have mouths, fucking use it." I said as I left, and was about to head to my cabin, I saw a sunflower. It was there, in the middle of the way. It's beautiful. 

"How did this even survive in this kind of weather?" I asked myself, I picked it up and thought of Jimin. "That omega is giving me a headache" I chuckled. I smiled as I made my way home, with a sunflower in my hand, I stopped in my tracks when I saw the person I hated most. Alice. 

She was my ex, she was a beautiful omega, and a loving one too. But, at some point, she was cheated on me. "Gguk," She spoke with a soft voice, I ignored her and walked passed by her as my mind was only on one person right now, Jimin.

"Jeongguk," She cried out as she grabbed my arm, "What do you want?" I asked her bitterly, we didn't have a good break-up as you may see. "I want you back, please" She begged. 

I looked at her and laughed loudly, startling her, "Are fucking kidding me right now, Alice?" I laughed again, I stopped laughing and looked at her, I grabbed her by her jaw and looked at her darkly, "Don't fucking come near me again, don't even dare talk to me," I said harshly as I spat on her face making her mewl. I let her go and head to my cabin, where I could see the omega that I long for the day.
