The Alpha's Obsession

The tension was there, Jimin was too stunned to speak, "He died 2 years ago," Jeongguk continued not looking at the omega, "He caught a very rare disease that killed him," Jeongguk whispered, Jimin looked at him with fearful eyes, he's scared. 

"Jimin," Jeongguk looked at him and smiled sadly, "Let's have breakfast, please," Jimin nodded and quietly obeyed the older, he sat down in front of Jeongguk as the older grabbed some plates and utensils, "I'm sorry," Jimin broke the silence making Jeongguk froze, "You don't have to be sorry, you weren't the one who killed him," Jeongguk laughed softly making Jimin's heartbreak. 

Jeongguk sat down and ate silently, he noticed the younger wasn't eating so he puts an egg, toast a strip of bacon on his plate, "Eat," He ordered, Jimin obeyed him once again, and they both ate silently when Jeongguk spoke, "We were getting married back then," He said, Jimin just listened. 

"Yoongi, my friend, he's the healer in this pack, he diagnosed Sang-Hoon that he has a terminal illness, that I forgot," He chuckled lowly, "He was slowly dying in front of me, I knew that I had to let him go, I have to." He said as he looked at Jimin, "Jimin, what I said about me liking you was true, I do like you," He said seriously making Jimin tense up, "I'm not saying that you should like me back, sugar," He looked away "but please, give me a chance," 

"Jeongguk," Jimin said silently, "I-"

Before he could say anything the door flew wide open revealing Jeongguk's friends, Namjoon, Jin, Yoongi, Hoseok, and Taehyung. The cheerful omega hugged Jeongguk as he pinched his nose, "How's my favorite dongsaeng?" Jeongguk rolled his eyes, "I'm your only dongsaeng," He said sarcastically, "That's not true, Taehyung's also my dongsaeng" 

"We didn't know you have a visitor, Gguk," The pink-haired omega said looking at Jimin as he placed a basket full of food on the table, "Ah, this is-" 

"Jimin," Taehyung called the omega's name making everyone look at the gray-haired alpha, Taehyung walked closer to Jimin making Jimin even shyer, "Hey," Jimin smiled awkwardly as the house is full of 4 alphas and 3 omegas. 

"You know him?" The pink-haired omega asked once again, Taehyung nodded, "Yeah, I met him yesterday, I didn't know he was this close to Jeongguk," he said as he gave Jeongguk a look, "Aren't you going to introduce us to your omega?" The alpha with dimples said as he pulled the pink-haired omega closer to him. 

"Ah, yes," Jeongguk removed Hoseok's hands on his body, "This is Hoseok-Hyung," He pointed out to the orange-haired omega, "This is Jin-Hyung," He points at the pink-haired one, "Yoongi, Namjoon," 

Jeongguk rolled his eyes as he mentioned Taehyung's name, they all sat down and looked at Jimin from head to toe, "You look familiar," Jin said, he scanned Jimin's whole features and gasped, "You were at the meeting! Right?" Jimin nodded and continued eating, "I'm the head alpha's son," He said casually making the other gasp. 

"OH MY FUCKING GOD!" both Jin and Hoseok yelled at the same time "YOU'RE HOOKING UP WITH THE HEAD ALPHA'S SON?!" Hoseok said dramatically making both Jimin and Jeongguk choke. 

"NO!" both males denied  

Well, technically, they did hook up but nobody has to know that. "Hoseok, let's not talk about hooking up this early in the morning," Namjoon butted in making both males sigh, Jin and Hoseok looked at Jimin and Jeongguk suspiciously, and Jimin tried to ignore the both by chatting with Taehyung. 

"I don't trust you," Jin whispered to Jeongguk, "I don't trust myself either when I'm with him," He looked at Taehyung dangerously, "Tell your friend I don't like sharing what's mine, okay?" He turned to look at Jin, and both watched Jimin laughing at Taehyung's nonsense and Jeongguk's not okay with it. 

'What the fuck is he laughing about?' Jeongguk thought, he was raging in anger, Jimin continued to laugh making Jeongguk's body tense up a bit more, he was just observing the two, observing how close they were. 

Namjoon coughed gaining everyone's attention, "Actually, we have a lead to Jackson's murderer," He said making Jimin look at him, he glanced at Jeongguk who was staring at his food not even glancing at Namjoon. "The pack searched really hard to find the one who did it, and we aren't going to rest until we find him" 

"How did you know it was a him?" Jeongguk asked as he looked at namjoon boredly, "It can't be an omega, Jeongguk," Hoseok said, as he patted Jeongguk's head, "How can you be so sure?" Jeongguk looked at Hoseok, "You have no leads until you figure this out." He said as he stood up, he looked at Jimin "Let's talk outside," He said, Jimin nodded and stood up from his seat as he bowed to Jeongguk's friends. 

As they got outside, Jeongguk laughed maniaclly as he turn to see Jimin who was smiling down to his feet.
