It's the next day and they're going to small restaurant to meet Liam and the boys. Niall is in the car with them because they picked him up on the way. They sit in the car in silence except for the radio quietly playing 'Grenade' by Bruno Mars, one of Louis' favorite songs to sing to Harry.
As it plays, he starts to sing it quietly as he taps on the steering wheel, soon taking one of his hands off the steering wheel and placing it in Harry's hand as he sings, "you know I'd do anything for yah" Harry just squeezes his hand and looks over at him. Louis sneaks a small glance before looking back at the road "that's not very safe you know" Niall buts in from the back "would you like to drive?" Louis snaps back "no I would not" Niall says before looking out the window, Harry just laughs doing the same.
Once they arrive, Louis walks to the other side of the car and let's Harry out "thanks" Harry says shyly, looking at the ground; Louis just nods. "Ugh when is someone gonna open my door" Niall says jealously "when you start talking to people Ni" Louis says, holding Harry's hand and walking towards the restaurant "I talk to tons of people" Niall's returns defensively "girls?" Louis questions "that's none of your business" Niall says, rushing to the other side of Harry and holding his other hand.
Louis and Harry just giggle "you'll find someone luv" Harry says, bringing their hands up and kissing Niall's."Thanks Hazza. See... at least some people are supportive!" Niall says, rolling his eyes. Louis just ignores him as they walk into the restaurant and look around for the guys, they see them at a big table in the corner all talking and laughing. They all start walking towards the table "look at you Haz! Being brought in by two attractive guys" one of the lads say "what can I say... they love me" Harry laughs, the other boys joining them
"As if!" Niall says, letting go of his hand disgusted. He went to find a seat which made them laugh harder, Louis leads Harry to two empty seats between Liam and Zayn. Louis sitting next to Liam, and Harry next to Zayn "why aren't you next to Liam?" Harry whispers to Zayn letting go of Louis' hand to do so "I wanted to sit next to you" Zayn said simply.
Harry just glared at him before saying "you could've done both" "what're you two whispering about" James (one of the guys) said curiously "secrets" Harry said mysteriously, before laughing and looking back to Zayn "what're you gonna get?" He says glancing at the menu "idk I'm not very hungry" Zayn says looking at the menu with Harry "big breakfast?" Harry questioned "no... just not hungry" Zayn said trying to avoid the question "well you have to eat silly, we can spilt something if you don't think you'll eat a full thing" he said. now determined to make Zayn eat.
"It's okay... I'm really not hungry" he said looking up at the other guys and avoiding Harry's eyes. "We're about to go play footie, you'll pass out if you don't have nutrients. Please just eat a little bit, you don't have to eat a whole meal just a little bit. Enough to keep you awake on the field" Harry giggled, trying to ease the tension that was building between them "o-okay" Zayn said, knowing Harry was right about footie. They ended up ordering nachos and splitting them, but Harry ate most of them. Zayn only eating a few, but Harry decided not to push and make him uncomfortable.
After all of them had finished eating they started heading to the parking lot "are you in your own car or are you with someone?" Harry asked as they walked outside "I'm with Li and Ollie actually" Zayn said shyly, looking down "ooh okay" he looked around realizing Ollie and Louis were talking "I'll be back" he said, and Zayn got worried but couldn't stop Harry in time from whatever he was plotting "you should ride with us Ollie, we have an extra seat; It must be so crowded in Liam's car, plus... when you're in our car it couldn't get more fun then that huh?" he said, gesturing between him and Louis "uhh sure" Ollie said, almost as if he didn't know how to say no "hey Li! Imma ride with them okay, I'll see you on the field" he said through the parking lot "okay!" Liam said, waving to Ollie. Harry then found Zayn's eyes and winked at him, meanwhile, Zayn just had a terrified look on his face. Harry just sent him a small text
