Chapter 9

The Christmas holidays had passed and they were now in April. More specifically it was April 27, Y/N 16th birthday.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" The group screamed as Y/N woke up.

Y/N let our laugh, " Wow look at you guys in your age and still doing that."

"Happy birthday love," Sirius told her as he sat on her beside her, kissing her on the head.

"Alright what shall we do today for the one and only?" Molly asked as everyone sat down.

"We'll have a party to start off with then what?" James said laughing.

"Let's ask the birthday girl seeming as it's her birthday," Peter said.

"Let's have a party but right now I need to get changed," she told them as she got out of bed.

"Alright meet us in the common room when you're ready," Remus told her as the boys left the room. Once the boys had left the room the girls immediately started quizzing Y/N as of what she wants to do today.

Y/N had changed into a maroon dress with her hair down.  Everyone met up in the common room waiting for the guest if honour.

"Happy birthday to you," Everyone sang the second Y/N walked up the stairs.

"Fucking hell guys really?" She laughed.

"Alright let's go get something to eat and then we will plan ahead?" Sirius told his girlfriend as he whisked her away.

"Yes," Y/N told him as she kissed him. The two of them made their way downstairs to the great hall and everyone looked at them.

"Happy birthday Y/N," people told her as she walked down to the table.

"I'm going to find Drom, I'll be back," Y/N told Sirius as she finished her breakfast.

"Drom, can I talk to you for a minuet outside," Y/N asked as she walked over to the Slytherin table.

"Happy birthday Y/N," Evan told her.

"Thanks Rossier," she told him as she and andromeda walked out.

"What's up?" Drom asked once they were alone.

"It's my 16th birthday which means.. I have to get the dark mark," Y/N said in a low voice.

"Don't stress just. Have they mentioned it back at the manor?" Andromeda began.

"No but I mean sister of the dark lord, descendant of Salazar, kinda common sense that I have to get it," Y/N pointed out.

"Well I know your mother didn't get it?"

"And she married a muggle, has two kids and died, so that's good isn't it."

"Just stick with the boys."

"You should come later on, we're having a party?"

"I'll be there. Just have fun and if anything happens come to me."
