the rain was heavy but it wasn't cold outside. it was the afternoon.
she was over at my place since she had slept over the night before. our sleepovers have been much more frequent lately and she's been much more cuddly during them.
i asked her why she kept looking outside and she told me she's always wanted to dance in the rain.
i took her outside with me, brought a speaker (my shower speaker so that it could withstand the rain), and we danced. she's not the greatest dancer but she looked beautiful having fun and laughing with me.
we had a dance battle, was eventually joined by some kids passing by, and then when it was just the two of us again, i brought her closer to slow dance.
i would have kissed her but it felt better to just have her there and our foreheads touching.
