WINTER'S POV

"Minjeong, are u excited? It's your first day in this school!" My mom said as if she is the one going to.

"Mom, I'm not a kid anymore, it's just going to school. Hopefully, I can make friends there! At least this school has my favourite co-cirricular activities," I sighed

My mom and dad had to move to seoul as my grandpa health is not getting better and we have to take care of him and dad's new job was offered here too so we had to move to here.

I came from wealthy family( mother's side), we even bought a mansion in seoul, my mom owns lots of restaurants.

"Sweetie, we're here, have fun and be nice! bye!"my mom dropped my off while blowing a kiss to me.

Staring at the school, I sighed as I thought,

"I hope I can fit here."

Going to the correct floor, I couldn't figure my way to class, just then a girl suddenly popped up and said nicely,

"Hi, u look new here,may I know where u are going? So I can lead u?"

Showing her the place, she exclaimed,

"ooh that is where I'm heading to,my name is Ning Yizhuo, u can call me Ning Ning! What's your name?"

As a Introvert, all i could do was to give her a weak smile and said,

"Minjeong, You...you can call me w...i...nter"

Ning Ning smiled and led me to the class. As I stepped into the class, the teacher was already there and made aneye contact with me and said,

" Oh you must be the new student! Come in and introduce yourself!"

"hello everyone, I'm minjeong, u can call me winter," after introducing myself, the teacher assigned my seat and continued his lesson.

As I walked to my seat, I was very very nervous as everyone stared at me unpleasantly. Seating down at my seat, I placed down my bag an took out my pencil case and start to listen.

Just then a girl from my side called me,

"hey Minjeong, right? I'm jimin! U can call me Karina, Let's be friends!"

As I turned my head, this girl called karina's beauty is no joke, her hair looks so smooth, her eyes was so pretty, literally anyone could fall for her...I was looking at her and didn't notice that I was staring at her

"hey are u ok?"she asked with her perfect voice

Nodding my head while blushing at the realisation that I was staring at her, she chuckled softly.

"Ning Ning I would like you to help me guide winter," the teacher said.

Ring...

It was finally recess, everyone dashed out of the class and into the canteen,as if they haven't eaten for days. Ning Ning came to me with a smile and said,

"You won't mind if Giselle and Karina come, right?"

Shaking my head, I followed Ning Ning as she brought me around the school. She and I surprisingly could go along well and soon she became my best friend. 

KARINA'S POV

Winter was really pretty, her eyes were so cute and her hair was so beautiful. I could not stop staring at her ever since she stepped in class.

WINTER'S POV

The odd thing I noticed about Ning Ning is that after being in this school for 4 months, she started going with Giselle and keep on apologizing to me that she wasn't hanging out with me for the past 2 months.

She keeps asking me to go with Karina but I was too shy to. In the end, Karina was the one who keeps inviting me for recess. It was not long until we became close. 

 It was friday an it the last lesson was Literature. I thought,

" Finally, end of class!"

Just as I was about to pack and leave, Karina asked me,

" Hey Winter, do u want to hang out after school today?"

Upon hearing that, I was stunned as no one asked me that before. Karina started to get embarrassed and her cheeks started to get red. Nodding my head, I agreed with her to meet at the cafe new her house. 

Well, Karina is very pretty and no doubt that people would not chase after her. Some boys are so obsessed with her and start stalking her. Ever since I started hanging out with Karina, some boys started approach me and said,

"Hey you are girl close with Karina? I heard that you are the new kid!"

"Care to share any information about Karina?" 

All of a sudden, I started to remember about all the conversation that we had. We shared many stuff like favorite food, color and like even our routine. Gulping down saliva, I knew Karina hated this type of  people. But they were so scary  and  since I am an introvert, I got so scared that I could only lower my head down.

"Hey get lost would you?"

A familiar voice could be heard, the boys said,

"Omg it's Karina!"

"Hi Karina!"

Turning my head, I saw Karina was standing there, shouting at the guys. I looked at her as she was my crush.

"Stop bothering winter, if u wanna know just ask me! Just get lost!"

Karina gave them a death glare. Scared, they walked away from me. Karina came running to me and touch my arms and said,

"OMG winter, are u ok? I'm sorry I put in such situation especially u just transferred! This is all my fault!"

Karina said as she began to have tears in her eyes,starting to cry. I cupped her face and said gently,

"Hey it's fine, now don't cry!"

Karina nodded and gave me a weak smile, she said,

"From now on, I will walk u home to make sure that u are safe, I promise u that nothing like this will ever happen!"

I gave her a small chuckle. Although we know each other for like a week now, I felt that we were so close! Karina is very pretty, her eyes are like jade beads, the way she flip her hair is so beautiful. Well, I'm straight so I will never fall for her, if she is a guy, I will be lucky to date her.

Karina walked me home, I realised that she was living next door! I just moved in so I didn't know any people in the neighborhood.
