"I realized I was being stupid,I was dying and chose to stay,I'm done with Jim and his marriage,I'm done hoping he'll change,there isn't forever in this marriage I have,you were right,its a marriage of hell" Mercy cried to her friend.
"You'll be fine,everything would be fine,we'll get through this,you'll heal,I'm here for you,we'll begin the legal divorce process from Monday,you're safe here"Juliet assured as she hugged Mercy tightly,"the kids are at my mother's,they have everything there,they don't even feel the absence of their dad,just you they miss and need"Juliet said.
The next day,Mercy drove back to her husbands house to get her stuffs,"where are you coming from and where are you going to?" Jim asked,"I'm going away,I cannot deal with this anymore,I've tolerated your useless attitude,I've massaged ur ego enough and I'm having none of it again,I'm Mercy Olamilekan Itunuoluwa,my parents didn't sell me off to you so anytime I wish to go back to them I will,Jimmy I am no longer interested in this hell you call a marriage,you can bring your sluts here for all I care,thank you for the time wasted"Mercy replied as she threw both her wedding and engagement rings at Jim,with anger building up Jim punched her in the face,with blood trooping down her nose,Mercy ran to the kitchen took hold of a little kitchen knife waiting for her husband's attack,Jim held her straggling her,making sure there wasn't any means of survival for her"it is for better for worse,till death do us part"Jim said.. A weak mercy managed to speak"why don't we meet in hell Jim"with this Mercy stabbed Jim with knife in her hands before giving up... Jim killed Mercy and Mercy killed Jim.

Juliet waited for mercy to no avail,she went straight to the police station,some police men were assigned to follow her to Jim's house and arrest Jim,getting to the house,the gory sight they met made Juliet faint,"I warned her,she should have left early"Juliet lamented... The bodies were taken to the mortuary awaiting final day they would be committed to mother earth... Jammy and Ella were left in the dark till they were of age to understand what happened.. Jammy hated his father with all of him and vowed to kill him a second time in the after life,Ella grew up loving herself and leaving any relationship at the slightest form of abuse,Juliet had done a great job in raising the kids single handedly, April 11th,Juliet and the kids always went to visit Mercy's grave.
