Dad gave her something totally unexpected for the first day of school. A black Camaro. After she had finished breakfast JB was looking up the bus routes to figure out which one to take to get to school. Her dad had the business meeting early today at the hotel. She knew her uncles and aunts would all be at the same meeting. So even though it was the first day of school she would be riding the bus. JB and her cousins had not taken a bus ever to get anywhere. The Collins kids used to when they were in elementary school however once their grams started working for dad, they had someone driving them too. JB figured with the big meeting today it would be a little different as Adele Collins their grandmother would have to go and make sure everything is settled monetary wise. House of Mercy was looking at an expansion and no one wanted this deal to go wrong.

"C'mere a second." Her dad tugged on her hand. JB's phone rang. She saw it was Art and was about to answer. Her dad took her phone out of her hands first. "Not just yet. Let me show you something and then you can call him back." Curious JB followed her dad. As they stepped outside, she saw Rory standing outside leaning against something that was covered up. Before she could ask what was going on Rory pulled at the cover revealing a black camaro. It was gorgeous. JB's heart thumped and she had to catch her breath. JB looked over at her dad. He was smiling and had a set of keys in his hands. He handed them to her.  "It's yours." JB did something that she will never admit to for years to come. She squealed. She jumped and ran to the car. She got inside touching the steering wheel, seats, the BEST sound system and saw she had speakers installed in the back. She was in love. She was psyched. Then she remembered she couldn't drive.  Legal age for a student driver permit was fifteen. JB just turned fourteen over the summer.

"Dad, I can't drive it." She pouted. She was so happy, but reality had to disappointment.

"No, you can't, but Art can." He said reminding her that due to the program Art attended he was given the rare permission for an early driver's permit. Excited again JB ran to her Uncle Angel's house where she saw two other camaro's. A red one that Angelo was leaning on taking pictures of and a blue one that Art was examining and checking over.

"Oh baby..." JB couldn't help but say. Could a person desire a car this much? She wondered. Art saw her coming and pulled her over.

"Did Uncle Bobby get you one too?" He asked. JB nodded as she looked over the car. While hers had a sound system to die for Art's had boosted nitrogen fuel added. Guess Uncle Angel and Tia Sofi knew about his crush on street racing.

"Man, I can't wait to get my permit and break this bad boy out." Angelo said as he opened his car. The door was different than hers and Art's. Angelo's door was made to be able to flip up when opening. The front passenger had a touch up so it could be folded and even removed if needed. Each of their cars were designed specifically for their own taste. And that meant that Uncle Angel knew Angelo was no longer a virgin but didn't want his son bringing girls into the house for a quick fuck. JB laughed as she calculated how long it would take Angelo to understand why his car had been touched up in such a peculiar way.

"Since you're the only one out of us all who has a driver's permit, even a student driver's permit, be it as it may which one are we taking today?" Now JB was juiced up for school. She had been a little down because of the fact one; at Callum Preparatory High it was required for females to wear either shorts or skirts uniform that was yellow and white or khaki. Boys got to wear shorts and slacks also yellow and white or khaki. JB had planned to wear the shorts that her dad had bought two weeks ago, only when she tried to put them on this morning, they were too small. Therefore, she had no choice but wear the skirt which she was very uncomfortable in. They had bought the skirt a size bigger but now it fit perfectly. The second fact was she thought she had to catch the school bus, but now she didn't. She didn't care about the skirt she wanted to explore their cars.
