Shoto rushed back to her private dressing room and locked the door, questioning why she felt so...so betrayed by him...They weren't dating, and he was in a 'happy' relationship so why was him leaving with Naomi such a harsh blow?
She has hoped that Bakugo had the common decency to at least wait until the show was over, but it turns out she was bitterly disappointed.
Sighing, she picked up her cell phone and saw a bunch of messages:
[8:49pm] Momo💓: GIRL ARE YOU OK?? (8:43pm) Mina🛍: Hey babes, you ok? (8:44pm) 🤍Supernova🤍: 8 new messages (8:47pm) Bakugo🎸:One deleted message (8:38pm)
She started by answering her friends, reassuring them that she was ok and claiming that she just felt sick.
Then she redirected her attention to the deleted message, sent by the one and only Katsuki Bakugo.
Shoto clicked on his contact and the remainder of their last conversation reflected in her bi-colored eyes
Bakugo🎸: We're almost at your show, don't wait up for us if we're late tho
Shoto🌷: Haha you'll make it in time don't worry
Bakugo🎸: Yeah but just an fyi, also Naomi is with us
Shoto🌷: Oh lovely! I hope she likes the show!
Bakugo🎸: Yeah, anyways I gtg phones at 1%
Shoto🌷: Right! Well, see you there! Read 5:58pm
Bakugo🎸: [MessageDeleted]
She questioned what he could've sent that was so bad Bakugo felt the need to delete it...
But there wasn't time to dwell on that. The second song was starting and she couldn't afford to waste time.
Tying her hair and applying another swipe of—a different color—glittery lipgloss, she ran back out and met her friends backstage once more.
"Hey, you sure you feel well enough to perform? This song is pretty hardcore with a lot of dance moves." Uraraka said, worrying for her friend.
"I'll be ok Ochako I promise!" She says ruffling the brunettes fluffy hair.
The other nods and focuses on remembering all the steps to their routine.
The music starts and they all stepped out on stage:

Shoto grabs the mic and begins the last song of the night, this was a short concert they were doing in their hometown as they would be going on tour the next week for a few months.
