CH.42 CH. 42 YES & Epilogue

  4 months later,

It is now my birthday and I'm turning 22 years old. I haven't told anybody that today is my birthday. Well, my parents know since it's the day I was born. Last Friday, I found out some big news. I haven't told anybody. Ace finally asked me to be his girlfriend, and I said yes. That was two months ago. I signed both the boys in school and the hockey team. I'm so proud of them. They are only 3 and in kindergarten. I am now getting ready because Kevin and Fred are taking me out to the club. I hadn't seen Ace today, and it was making me a little sad. Finally, I got ready. Spade said that he would watch the boys until I or Ace got home. I went down stairs and watched a little bit of a show until I got a text from Kevin saying that they were here. I grabbed my bag and made sure I had a couple knives and a gun. I made my way into the car. When I shut the door all of a sudden, I heard Kevin and Fred scream, singing the happy birthday song. I laughed and rolled my eyes. They do that every year. We were jamming to the music until we got to the club. It was the same club where I saw Ace for the second time. I smiled at that memory. I walked straight in. I was shocked that there was not a long line.

When we finally got into the club, there was no music, and it was pitch black. ME: I swear, if this is where you guys kill me, I will haunt your asses for the rest of your lives. They started laughing. Kevin: We would do that to our favorite person. I just rolled my eyes. So why is it dark? Fred: Let me turn the light on for you. "Flick." When the lights turned on, everybody jumped out and said, "happy birthday." That was the first time I got scared in a long time. My eyes were wide with shock. I saw mine and Ace's parents. I looked around, and then I saw Bob and his family, and all my friends. I started scanning the club trying to find a person, but he was no where to be found. I got sad, but hurried up, and hid it with a smile. I started talking to everybody and introduced my parents to Bob and his family. Let's just say I might have to take Bob to get his checkup because of how hard my mom hugged him. 30 minutes have passed and still no Ace. I walked up to the bar and poured myself a coke. From the corner of my eye, I saw my father sitting next to me. DAD: Akila, Ace told me to give this to you and follow the purple hearts. They will have clues on where you can find him. I gave him a weird look. Will you point out the first heart? He nodded and pointed to the side of the bar. I got up to grab it and read it. It says, "Go to where I first met you." I knew what we were talking about. It was the cafe that I used to work at. I ran all the way there since I didn't have a car.

When I got there, I saw a person inside the cafe with a purple heart. I smile and go inside. The waiter gave me the heart, and it says, "Go to the place where I said I was sorry for the first time." I was confused until I remembered that he had told me sorry at the zoo. I looked at the heart again and saw a little note at the bottom. "p.s. I know you ran here, so there is a car in the parking lot with the keys already in there. I ran outside to the car and took off. After a while, I got to the zoo and saw another person with a purple heart. I ran to them, and they gave me my heart. It says, "I have loved you since the first time I saw you when we were little kids. Go get some ice-cream for my treat. I laughed, and ran to the place where we had our ice-cream. When I got there, the ice-cream person gave me an ice-cream. When I got to sit down, I saw a bear with flowers and a purple heart. I got to it, and the purple heart says it. The last place is a place you have never been to. This one had my stick. There are a lot of places I have never been to. I only told him of one, and that was the Statue of Liberty.

It took me a little while to get there, but when I did, I saw another person with a purple heart. I got out of the car and went to find the person. I got the heart from them, and the heart said, "Meet me at the top, but first get some water for the climb. I smiled, got the water, and started walking to the top. When I got to the top, I was out of breath. When I finally looked up, I saw Ace looking at me with love in his eyes. I walked up to him, and I saw a table set with food and flowers. Ace: Happy birthday, love. Me: Thank you. I ran to him and gave him a hug and a kiss. Ace's big ass had to lift me up off the ground. We had amazing food. Now I'm taking pictures of the city. When I got done and turned around, Ace was on one knee with a right in front of him.

ACE: Akila You came into my life when I needed somebody. You gave me two handsome boys, and I could never thank you enough for it. I am glad you put me in my place when I needed it. You taught me how to be a better man for my family. I love you with all of my heart. Will you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me? I just wanted to say yes when I saw him on one knee, but now I am going to make him sweat. I didn't move. I just stared at him. Ace: Akila, are you okay? Hello, "Snap, snap," Ace snapped his fingers at me. ME: Ace, umm, I. Ace looked sad, and he was about to get off his knee until I hugged him. ME: YES! Ace, I will marry you. ACE: Gosh, Akila, you almost gave me a hardtack. I smiled. If that didn't give you a heart attack, this will. Before he said anything, I slipped something into his pocket. He gave me a look and then got it out of his pocket. His eyes got big, and he started shuddering. ACE: Akila, your pre-preg-pregnant? I just nodded my head. He grabbed me in a tight hug. Ace: I am so happy. Thank you, Akila, for everything. AKILA: Thank you too, Ace, for everything. We both smiled, and we kissed.

5 years later, in EPILOGUE.

It has been 5 years since me and Ace were married. We couldn't be more happy than we are right now. We have 2 other sets of twins, and I'm 9 months pregnant with triplets this time. Bryan and Ryan are now 8. Denver, Hades, and Rylan and Saige are three. I am pregnant with 2 boys and 1 girl. I'm finally having a little girl. Ace can't wait. He already said she is not allowed to have a boyfriend until she is 37. I still do missions as the Black Viper, but only when I am not pregnant. I think Ace gets my pregnant on purpose, so I don't go on crazy missions. I will take easy hits on people, but not to the point where I will harm my pregnant belly. I'm about to take the kids to go see Bob and his family. It's been about a month since we last saw them. The boys are really excited. They all call him Grandpa and his wife, Grandma. Jorden and his wife finally have a baby girl around Denver's and Hades's age. When we finally arrive, Bryan and Ryan run out of the car to get to Bob. After I got the other 4 boys out, I found a spot in the cafe for all of us to sit at. I was enjoying my food until I got a big cramp, and I peed my pants. I yelled for Bob, and he ran in as fast as he could. BOB: What's wrong? I took a deep breath. It's time for the babies to come. Bob started flipping out. He called his wife out from the back. M: What's wrong? B: Akila has gone into labor. She hurried and ran to me. Bob, watch the boys, and call Ace to meet us at the hospital. He nodded his head, and started calling Ace. When we got to the hospital, Ace and our family were already there waiting for us. It was already 8 p.m. when I was 6 cm. Now I'm waiting for the doctor to give me the epidural. Around 10 p.m., they told me to start pushing. It took me 90 minutes to push the babies out, and they were both boys. I guess this little girl wanted to have her own birthday because I didn't start pushing her out until 12 a.m. the next day. After 30 minutes of pushing, she finally came out. I got to hold all 3 of my babies, and I looked up at Ace, and I saw tears in his eyes. ACE: They are beautiful, just like you. I smiled and kissed their little heads. We decided to name them. Razor, Diesel, and Phoenix. I looked at Ace again. ME: "I love you." Ace: I love you too. But if you put another baby in me, I will chop your pp off. Okay? He just nodded his head and gulped. I just smiled. My family is complete, and I wouldn't change anything, because it led me here.
