You wished Jean would've told you to pack some clothes to sleep in. You're walking to the breakfast bar inside the hotel in his button up covering as much as it can. Jean isn't dressed appropriately either, he just threw on his dress pants and blazer.

You will admit, the blazer over nothing is an attractive look on him. The two of you can't help but giggle at the strange looks people give you two as you pass. You and Jean sit down for breakfast and talk.

You learned he was a mamma's boy and that he was a bit of a sheltered kid till he was about twelve. You also learned Jean had dated Mikasa in high school and had a friends with benefits with Sasha.

"Wait! So Mikasa actually went out with you!?" You laugh.

"Is that so hard to believe?" He scowls.

"No, I just thought her and Eren where childhood sweethearts."

"They are. Mikasa and I dated for two weeks in our freshman year. I broke up with her because of her feelings for Eren. It was a mutual break up though." Jean explains.

"Now, what's the story with Sasha?" You ask.

"Friends with benefits that lasted for three days." He shrugs off the question.

"But like, how?"

"Well, Sasha and I are very close. We also were very single. She told me she could never hookup with Connie because he's like her brother. So, we hooked up twice and ended it. It was the last three days of May."

"Were you that bad?" You giggled.

"No." He shoots you a glare. "She found Niccolo and I found someone else."

"Who?" You ask cautiously, not knowing if it's a boundary you should cross.

"Some girl." He brushes off the question.

"What was she like?" You push, thinking he didn't care that much about her.

"New topic." He says suddenly while biting into his pancakes. "Let me hear about you."

"What do you want to know?" You're open to tell him almost anything.

"Your past relationships."

"There wasn't many." You state.

"Seriously." He looks up from his plate shocked which makes you laugh.

"There wasn't many because they stayed for a while. Which is weird considering they're high schoolers."

"If they stayed for so long, why did they end?" He asks leaning in to listen.

"We'd grow apart. My first relationship was in the summer before freshman year, I dated this girl but we broke up summer before sophomore year. Then I dated this guy shortly after her and that lasted till the end of sophomore year. The last guy I dated for two years."

"What happened to him." He says like a child listening to a fairytale.

"The summer before college, we debated on if we were going to stay together. He is studying abroad while I'm here. We decided long distance wasn't for us. His name was Porco." You smile slightly at the memories of high school.

Jean sees how you smile at the memory of your ex. His own smile drops a little, thinking that if the two of you hadn't broken up he wouldn't be able to take you on this date.

He figured you and Porco would wind up getting married and Jean would have never gotten this far with you. Jean sees how you study his face, reading that he got a little hurt by your story. He snaps out of his little pity party and brings up a new topic with a smile.
