Before we get into the story, this one will be different from the others as this chapter will incorporate characters from different series along with a few OCs. There will be some characters that have been in past chapters in this chapter so just assume that the events of the chapters they were in never happened. Anyways, on with the story!

"Now introducing a new, non-lethal way of stopping unwanted intruders that manage to get into places they shouldn't. Developed by A.M.T (Advanced Military Technologies) Corporation, the Restrictor is a sticky blob like projectile that can be used to stop anyone! Being a versatile projectile, the Restrictor can be used in everything ranging from specially designed rifles to cannons mounted on drones. How does the Restrictor work? The projectile is shot at a target and will stick to the target upon impact. Once stuck on the target, the Restrictor will begin to grow in size and weight, making it harder for the target to move and drain stamina quickly the more that stick to them. The Restrictor is also remote controlled! With the push of a button, you can deflate, inflate, or ready them for use again!"

Elise walked down the sterile hallways of the A.M.T headquarters. She was heading to the HQ's testing facility to test a new device that had been in development for years. Named the Restrictor, it was a capturing device that already had a few customers in line to buy this device. However, the Restrictor still had not been proven yet and many potential customers for this new device remained skeptical. In a bid to attract more customers, Elise was tasked with overseeing the testing of the device. Elise already had an idea of how she wanted to test the Restrictor. First, to ensure that she wasn't wasting her time, she was going to work with a paid test subject to make sure that the Restrictor even worked as it was intended to. Then she would use the data from that test to conduct another test. However, that test would involve a test subject that did not know about the device. The test subject would be captured by the Restrictor blobs and Elise would record their capture as proof that the Restrictor really works.

Elise arrived at the testing facility where she would meet her paid test subject, Mine Fujiko. "Greetings, Ms. Fujiko." Elise said, extending her hand out for a handshake. Fujiko shook Elise's hand as she greeted her back. "So what's this test all about? You said that you would explain it here." Fujiko asked. Elise nodded and motioned for Fujiko to follow her as they began walking down a hallway. "You will be helping us test a new device meant to be a non-lethal way of capturing-... say... an intruder." Elise explained as they entered a room. The room had a window on one wall that seemingly looked into darkness, and a large screen on another wall, along with some chairs. "Please Ms. Fujiko, take a seat." Elise said as she stood in front of the screen.

"Before we begin, I must remind you that everything you see here in this facility is confidential. Per the contract you signed, you are not allowed to talk about anything you see here. Do you have any questions about that?" Fujiko shook her head as she sat back in her chair. "Nope! And, you won't have to worry about me telling anyone anything. I'm not crazy enough to anger someone who has ties with the government..." She said. "Very well..." Elise responded, pressing a button on a remote. The screen turned on and began to show a picture of the Restrictor. "This here is called the Restrictor." Elise said. "The Restrictor is a sticky blob that when stuck to a surface, will begin to expand while also getting heavier."
