Damien hated feeling this way. He's been in a bad mood since 5 am. Feeling restless, he'd gone out for a morning patrol before returning. The restlessness had been pushed away during the run, but returned with a vengence when he shut himself up in the study. He wouldn't be able to handle any interactions with his packmates without chewing their heads off at the moment anyways.
Though usually in a bad mood, something was different about today. His wolf was on edge, and as a result his dominance was being released in excess amounts. His packmates twitched restlessly, in correlation to their Alpha's fluctuating power. Damian began to restlessly pace the full span of the room (40 meters or so).
Was it an intruder? He began to wonder. No...this isn't the same feeling...
Crash The lamp that was once on the desk, now shattered and spread across the pristine marble flooring. The shattered pieces crunch as Damien continues to pace. It still wasn't enough. The destruction did nothing to soothe Damien's storming emotions. His frustration grew. I feel like killing something. His lips curled in response to his growing bloodlust. The hunt...I need to hunt. Something...or someone?
He strips, and shifts while jumping out the open window. He jumps as a human and lands as a wolf. Hunting something in the woods, would be better than hunting one of his packmates. With the growing bloodlust fresh in his scent, no one dared follow their Alpha into the woods.

The sleek black Yamaha motorcycle pulled into an empty parking stall. Damien checks his phone. Late, but he didn't much care. As an extremely dominant Alpha, no one would dare stand up to him anyways. Rockwell High was a school for the gifted and the Supernatural. It was a no mans land, where conflicts between races was non-existent. The only students accepted into the school had to have some sort of supernatural in them, whether they know it or not. Some were aware, some were not. Secrecry, was an untold rule that all must follow. Therefore, classes were split into "human" classes and "supernatural" classes. The "human" classes were a charade for the public, but also worked as an informant of human society. During the 1st week of school, unaware students are weeded out to see if any supernatural genes or potential would kick in. There is a specialist in charge of that, so anyone who fails the tests are expelled. Because the 1st week is focused on these unaware students, most students who are aware tend to skip. Damien would've too, if he weren't too restless to stay at home.
His packmates were standing 10 feet away, wary of their Alpha's volatile mood. They made a move to greet him, but quickly looked away and exposed their necks. Wolf instincts, controlling their actions more than their human halves. Damien's posture relaxed, ever so slightly at the shows of submission. No threat here, and he moved on after nodding his head in their direction.
He made his way to the entrance of the school. The attention he was gathering, went unnoticed by the Alpha. He was a very dominant wolf, and it wasn't uncommon for others to be drawn into his prescence. People stopped what they were doing to stare at him, before furtively looking away. Others dominant wolves attracted attention too, but not to this degree. Damien Ashford was a very dominant wolf. Dominant enough, to make him leader of his pack. Dominant wolves are the protectors, the enforcers, etc. But there was only one wolf dominant enough to lead a pack.
Damien stalked up to his classroom, and slammed the door open, breaking the handle in the process. He was still too restless to rein in his strength and dominant aura. Eyes were drawn to the Alpha, and the flight or fight instincts within many kicked in. The students were all simply prey, when the biggest predator was standing in front of the only exit to the room. Even the irritably unpleasant teacher was silent and cowered. He automatically scanned the room, checking for any threats before advancing. Instead of finding a threat, he found an unfortunate victim to take his anger out on. One who seemed to be seated comfortably in his desk. He advanced toward his target, but halts suddenly What the hell? His wolf stopped him from attacking the stranger. Brother wolf took control of his legs.
As his senses sharpened with the disapating rage, a delicious scent wafted toward him. A scent that calmed his wolf down in a way that nothing ever has.
shudders
His wolf settled down, enough for Damien's human emotions to take over. A wave of lust hits him right in the gut. Disgruntled, by the roiling emotions, he glared at the cause.
The female stranger looked up and shock coursed through his system.
A variety of emotions flashed through the females expressive silver eyes. Curiosity, shock, lust...but no fear. Strange, because he always instilled some sort of fear in those around him. Instinct told people that he was a predator that they did not want to mess with, whether they knew it or not. Does this girl lack instinct? Was there something wrong with her?
Damien's wolf was acting strange, and so was he. He's never held much interest in the opposite sex, except whenever he had an itch to scratch. And yet...a well of interest surged from him and brother wolf. If he held little interest for the opposing gender, his wolf had even less interest. Damien had to mentally hold his wolf back taking over. If he didn't...the oblivious girl would be taken against the wall. This was not the time nor the place. And yet, he could barely understand why he was holding brother wolf back from doing what he also wanted to do.
Although it had only been about a minute since he laid eyes on her, already he could feel his priorities shift. Damien felt protective of her. Possessive even. He briefly scanned the room for threats again. More throughly this time, because this time it was for her. He unconsciously bared his fangs, warning anyone who dared come close. He moved to shield her from view. He would kill any male who dared even glance at her. She was his.
Why was he feeling so possessive of this girl? He hadn't even talked to her, or touched her soft skin...
Brother wolf growled one word, 'Mate'.
