Character you/reader pov

"Skrull crawlers" he said expecting a reaction.z

I covered my laughter as they awkwardly looked at Hank.

"Why?" asks the girl that had taken a photo of the Buffalo.

"Cause it's unique," said Hank.

"Okay."

There was a silence were I hid my laughter and they just looked at each other.

"Forget it, I just made that name up," he says, "I am trying to scare you."

"Are you feeling it?" he asks them.

"Yes..." she says, nodding a bit.

"I like the name," says the guy, "It's very good," he was nodding.

"I've never said the name out loud before, it's sounds stupid now that I've say it," he says.

"Just call them whatever you want,"  he shakes his head, "Big lizard things. Nasty."

He explains to them where they live and why Kong got mad at them for blowing up his home.

Who wouldn't get mad if someone blew up their house, it was just logical.

He tells them their lucky that Kong is out there or else they would have been dead.

"He can handle those," Hank says, "You don't want to wake up the big one," A shiver runs down my back at the thought of it.

"How big is it?" asks blue shirt.

"Bigger then," he struggles a bit to compare it, "It's big, very big," he says eventually. context

He tells them Kong is still growing.

"And you better hope he does," I say, they look at me, "Cause once Kong goes," I chuckle shaking my head, "And the big one comes out," I say, swallowing hard.

"Then it's bye bye Irene," says Hank.

There is a silence as he stares at them.

Blue shirt breaks it, "Listen, there's a team coming to the end of the island in three days," he says, "You can come with us."

"Both of you," he adds looking at me, I look down, hesitant.

"At the end of the island?" says Hank acting happy.

"We're get out of here," smiles blue shirt guy not catching on.

"In three days?" asks Hank still acting happy, holding the guys face in his hands.

"Yes," says blue shirt laughs lightly as Hank laughs.

Hank begins to hit his face as he chuckles looking at the guy.

He hits the guy harder and harder until the guys frowning at him.

"We can't get to the north end in three days," I say explaining Hanks behaviour as the others look equally confused.

"It's impossible. There's no way," I say shaking my head as I cross my arms.

"At least not on foot," Hank says, his face lighting up, I groan quietly.

"What?"

Hank tells them to follow him as he leaves, they do so but I don't.

Instead I go back over to the kids, I don't have the patience to deal with Hank's boat today.
