The screen once again went all black.

Jins were still giving disgusted glances to the WangXian couple who were leisurely eating meals.

Jiang Fengmian and Jiang Yanli asked Wei Wuxian ,"A-Xian how did you and Master Lan became cultivation partners , you being a major flirt" but it their voices it can be seen that they were happy, too happy for him.

Wei Wuxian blushed from head to toe.

A-Cheng, " Well even if he was a flirt, he was so oblivious to the girls having crush on him"

"For him, "liking someone" means eating lotus seeds together, so he was THAT dumb"

Yanli and Fengmian laughed. 

Wei Wuxian for once seeing his adoptive family, sitting together, eating, laughing was peaceful. Even Madam Yu's glare on him was welcoming, warm. He glanced around the room.

It was peaceful for once. Everybody with there loved once, who were once breathing, alive.

Fengmian, " A-Cheng, I am really very proud of you, Sect Leader Jiang, Jiang Wanyin, I am Proud of you." 

Jiang Cheng got flustered. 

Madam Yu snorted,"  OH so you finally noticed our son"

Some Jins earlier were making comments seeing Fengmian talking to Wei Wuxian first rather than his own son,

"HAH! seems like the unfilial child is more loved than his own"

"hey! don't you know Wei Wuxian is the bastard child of Fengmian with his slut lover"

"Like Mother Like Some, both are the sluts"

"well we can't comment can we, he loved one and married another"

and these filth was heard by Madam Yu and she lost her calm. 

Madam Yu, " so Lan Wangji, known for his righteousness, got entangled with the good for nothing brat"

"He can only give shame and nothing else to anybody" "HE CAN DO NOTHING BUT BRING TROUBLES"

Wei Wuxian was shocked on sudden change of sharpness in her voice. It was true he was never fond of Madam Yu but he never expected this ....this coldness from her. And that too after so many years. 

"MY LADY"

some Jins again commented, "SEE Former Leader siding his bastard son"

"a family drama indeed" "hahaahaaa"

and they started laughing in themselves.

Lan Wangji glared. and if glare could kill, they would have drowned to death.

"What, have I said wrong, isn't it true, he destroyed our home, he destroyed us, he...."

Wei Wuxian had his head bowed, tears in his eyes threatening to fall. Sizhui, Rulan and Jingyi were shocked, angry all at once. Shocked seeing all calmness and happy enviornment turning into gloomy suddenly and angry listening to the venom Madam Yu said towards their Senior/Mother/Teacher/Uncle . 

Wen Qing and Wen Ning seeing this got worried about to go to Wei Ying.

Lan Wangji held his hand and was about to speak but,

"A-NIANG" Jiang Cheeng shouted

"ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, IT WASN'T HIS FAUL.."

The Veiled man appeared again mysteriously and started laughing.

"I see, even if the heavens gave you second chance, some wouldn't understand, would they?

You all must assume anything and everything, won't you?"

Some Jin clan youngsters interrupted, " So tell us the truth"

"Yeah isn't it the truth that Wei Wuxian is a bastard child of Former Leader Jiang"

"it needs to be truth seeing how bias he is towards him"

Madam Yu listening this got furious, if she had her spiritual power and Zidian, there would have been blood shed in no time. She was that furious.

Listening to all this ruckus Master Lan can't keep his calm anymore. Even if he wasn't fond of Wei Wuxian and his antics, he was his nephew in law and he couldn't stand such shameful words towards his family.

He got up moved towards the Veiled Man and asked/requested him to show the truth if he can.

He knew there was no use of arguing either with Jins or with Madam Yu.  

He respected her, ofcourse, they even studied together

them, Lan Qiren, Qingheng-jun his brother, Jiang Fengmian, Madam Jin, Wen Rouhan, Wei Changze, Cangse Saren and Yu Ziyuan.

Removing Cangse as she was a rebel,

Yu Ziyuan was a proper example of fierce yet cultured, matured, powerful woman. She had good swordmanship. Was known as "Violet Spider". 

But comparison and jealousy get best of her. She knew the truth, whole truth but she won't speak, Master Lan knew that.

Even if she had a small soft spot for her adoptive child, comparison would never let her show that and led into abusing him physically as well as mentally.

Master Lan thought, ' no this couldn't go on, they need to know the truth, and I too need to see the truth ' 

So he requested Veiled Man to show the truth. Even he was curious about the Rebel Cangse's and  The Quiet, Shy boy Changze's  death.

Veiled Man agreed.

And the lights went on.
