The quirk scanner allows the user to search for and identify people's quirks, quirk weaknesses, and other additional information by looking at any person, all of the information that could aid the user during battle or other situations.
The user of the quirk can see all the statistics and information written in red, floating in the air. The user also doesn't have to look at the person to keep the information up, they can look away the second they receive the information if they want to.
However this doesn't affect any ways of quirk usage. The quirk can be deactivated by simply saying the phrase 'stop scan'.
Drawbacks:
-Quirk can only be used on one person at a time
-Headaches

The quirk water manipulation allows the user to manipulate water. The user of the quirk can create, shape, and manipulate the water particles around them. There is an endless amount of water supply in the ground, though the user can also take water supplies from baths and buildings and even melted ice.
Drawbacks:
-There can only be one water weapon used before swapping to another
-Can not use more than 2 water weapons at once
-Loss of feeling in limbs
