Chapter eleven

Everyone waited outside the medical tent worried for Kaya. The doctor walked out and whisperd something to Cole that made him step back. Lloyd knew what it was. Cole walked into the tent where Kaya woke up. Her blanket fell off and he saw her bandaged female body. She saw it too and covered it ashamed.

Kaya: I can explain.

Ronin walked in and saw.

Ronin: So it's true.

Cole walked out.

Kaya: Cole.

She got dragged out by Ronin.

Ronin: I knew there was something wrong with you. A woman.

The others gasped when they heard that.

Ronin: Treacherous snake.

Kaya got thrown in the snow.

Kaya: My name is Kaya. I did it to save my father.

Ronin: High treason!

Kaya: I didn't mean for it to go this far.

Ronin: Ultimate dishonor!

Kaya: It was the only way. Please belive me.

Ronin: Captian.

Cole draw Kaya's sword. Her horse was held back. Jay and Zane tried to stop him but Ronin stopped them.

Ronin: You know the law.

Kaya closed her eyes ready for whatever happened. But Cole throw her sword at the ground. She looked att him confused.

Cole: A life is a life. My depth is repayed. Move out!

Ronin: But you can't just-

Cole: I said. Move out.

They all left Kaya and walked off. Later, Kaya was sitting in the snow as the horse gave her a blanket. They had a tiny fire.

Lloyd: I was this close. This Close. To impress the ancestors, get to the top shelf an entourage. Man all my fine work. Hi.

Kaya: I should never had left home.

Lloyd: You went to save your father's life. Who knew you would have shamed him and disgracing the ancestors and lose all your friends?

He tried to roast a dumbling but accidentely put out the fire.

Lloyd: You know. You gotta learn to let those things go.

Kaya: Maybe I didn't go for my father. Maybe what I really wanned was to I can do things right. So when I looked in the mirror. I'd see someone worth while.

She held her helmet and sheded some tears.

Kaya: But I was wrong. I see nothing.

Then she throwed it at the ground. Lloyd tried to cheer her up.

Lloyd: That's because it just need a little spit that's all.

He spat on it and started polishing.

Lloyd: Let me shine this up for you. I can see you, look at you you're so pretty.

But Kaya didn't smile. Lloyd looked at his reflection.

Lloyd: The truth is. We're both frauds. Your ancestors didn't send me, they didn't even like me. And you risked your life to help people you love. I did it ro help myself. Atleast you had good intentions.

Kaya smiled a little.

Kaya: I have to face my father sooner or later. Let's go home.

Lloyd: Yeah. This isn't gonna be pretty. But don't you worry. Things will work out. We started this game together, and that's how we finish it. I promise.

They hugged eachother. By the avalanche had Overlord gotten out of the snow. He looked around and saw his army fully defeated. Then he screamed and Kaya heard it as she made her horse ready.

Overlord then saw that few of his warriors had survived. They walked towards the empireal city not noticing Kaya watching them. She gasped, took her sword and jumped onto the horse.

Lloyd: Home is that way.

Kaya: I have to do something.

Lloyd: Did you see them? They popped out of the snow. Like daisys.

Kaya: Are we into this together or not?

Lloyd then smiled.

Lloyd: Let's go kick some buns!

He and the cricket jumped on the horse and they all ride to the city. Hoping they can warn then before it's to late.
