Nespan gasps as she wakes up, gagging from the tube down her throat. She quickly rips it out, then rips out her iv, and everything else hooking her up to machines. The monitor goes flat, since it no longer senses a heart beat.

Nurses rush in and try to hold her down. Nespan resists, "let me go!" "Pump her with Brevital," one yells. Another holds a needle with a liquid in it. Nespan pulls her arm away, being oddly much stronger than these doctors. However, they successfully give her the injection in her neck.

She continues to fight for another minute before quickly falling into a anesthetic-induced sleep. "Dean... I need Dean..." Those were the last words she said before falling asleep.

She began to regain consciousness after almost 40 minutes. The nurses had to injected her with more of the sedative after about the first 10 minutes, then 5 minutes after that, and 10 minutes after that.

My hands are cuffed to my bed, along with my ankles. "We don't know how she woke up, or why. All we know is that the sepsis is completely gone. There is no trace that the infection was ever in her system," I hear a voice speak, one in which I didn't recognize.

I look around and see three figures standing outside the doorway. One in white clothing holding something, another taller one with longer hair, then a shorter one.

My vision clears and I recognize them. The Winchesters. "Sam, Dean," I croak. All three of them turn to me. "A nurse will be in shortly to check up on her," the doctor speaks. "Can't they at least uncuff her," Dean asks. "No, not yet. She is a danger to herself, especially how she acted when she initially woke up," the doctor speaks, "I'll give you guys time to talk."

The doctor leaves, closing the door. I look at them, "well, uncuff me." "We can't do that," Sam speaks. "What is the big deal? I've been in the coma for three days, I'm fine. How am I a danger to myself? This is fucking ridiculous! Come on, you guys know how to break me out. Just let me go and we can run. Besides, you don't need to pick a lock all you have to do is undo the strap. Not that difficult. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out."

"We can't- wait, what? Three days?" Dean asks. "Yeah, I was awake, partially. I remember the MRI, and being returned here. Then you two going on a hunt. Then going back into my mind for a day," I answer. "You were in the coma for 2 months," Sam speak. I scoff, "yeah, okay. This isn't funny. Let me go. So what, a demon poisoned me. I'm fine, right? I've lived through worse."

"That's the thing: You're fine. They said you wouldn't wake up, that your body couldn't fight this. There's something you aren't telling us. Why didn't you die like they said you would?" I look at Dean, "I said no. It was just some poison. Why would I go with a reaper anyways? And looks like I was right, it was just some poison. Im an angel so-" "You were an angel," Dean corrects, coldly.

My mouth opens as I scoff, "wow. That's low, even for you, Dean." "Nespan," Dean tries to reason. "Just, if you aren't going to help me, go, please," I say quietly. Dean leaves the room, but Sam stays. "You too," I tell Sam. He nods and leaves the room.

After a few hours of nurses coming in and out, they finally uncuffed my hands and legs. They run a few tests before giving me a few forms to fill out and a bag of my things. "What are these for," I ask. "They are papers verifying your stay, what we gave you, and all your expenses," the nurse smiles. "Expenses? I didn't ask for your care," I point out. "Yes, well, your boyfriend did," she continues to smile. "He's not my- you know what? Fine. Here's my card. Keep it," I get out of the bed and walk out of the hospital, still in the gown. I quickly realize that everyone can see the back of me, so I pull my suit jacket out of the bag and put it around my waist.
