Chapter 4:Smoking In School

Kara POV

After I finish yelling at this boy who was trying to"apologize"I storm off tears threatening to spill from my eyes.I go into the first girls restroom I see,I kick the freshmen girls out of the bathroom just by glaring at them.I make sure theres no one in here,then I take out a cigaret and a lighter.I light the cigaret and look in the mirror as I take the first puff.Suddenly someone appears from behind me..I see them in the mirror.I cant make out who it is when I get pushed into the sink,I cough some blood up and fall to the ground.I close my eyes and someone whispers in my ear its a girl,"Crazy".I then open my eyes and find myself standing up in front of the mirror with a cigaret in my hand like nothing happened.I take another puff..what just happened,maybe its the meds idk.Then I turn towards the bathroom door to see the cheerleader from earlier walk in..oh god this should be fun."What are you doing!Your not supposed to be smoking on school grounds."The cheerleader says,then she takes the cigaret from my hand and rinses it in the sink she then throws it in the trash,"Hey that was mine who do you think you are!"I yell at her and grab her arm violently."I am Casey and Im stopping you from breaking the rules,the bathrooms arent your personal smoking area,now let go of me you freak!"She raises her voice at me,I let go of her arm and she smacks me across the face with her left hand,and walks away and out of the bathroom.Are you gonna let her get away with smacking you? Go get her back! The voices in my head tell me,but I just stand there angry when I find a tear fall to the ground..I didn't even realize I was crying.I wipe the tears from my face and walk out of the bathroom.I walk down the hallway ignoring the stares and glares from students at there lockers.I just need to get through this day,go home,and sleep.

*Skip School Day*

I finally get home after a long day of stares and rumors.I walk to my room,my parents must still be at work because I didn't see their cars outside.I walk into my bedroom throw my bag on the floor and just fall onto my bed.

*3 hours later*

I wake up to the sound of my phone ringing.I look at the number and dont recognize it,I answer it to hear nothing on the other line...I wait a couple minutes but no one says anything so I hang up.I get up and out of my bed,and walk to the bathroom.I hook up my phone to the bathroom speaker and put on "Kick Me" by Sleeping With Sirens.After that I Moved the shower curtain to the side of the bathtub and decide to take a bath.I turn the water on and undress while the tub fills.I then grab my razor climb into the tub and cut another deep cut along my wrist...not quit deep enough to kill me though.I then let it bleed as I look at the scars along my skin from all the other times I have cut..and cry as I remember the reasons for each one.

*Skip Bath*

I walk out of the bathroom in my pajamas,and lay on my bed.I get comfy and check my phone..It says Start a new conversation with Cameron Dallas on kik.I open it and look at the profile picture..Hey thats the guy from earlier today.I look at what he said,

CD=Cameron

K=Kara

CD:Hey I just want you to know that I am really truly sorry

K:Ok fine I get it your sorry

CD:😊

K:😒

God why wont this kid just leave me alone already,Im already done with that stupid school and its only been a day.I put my phone down next to me and drift to sleep.
