The elevator doors finally opened. The screeching sound it made was an eerie omen that things weren't gonna be so good. Becky then Becky fearfully stepped out. She then had to face King Frost. Even if she were scared. She then remembered Mark's promise: To end Trey.
Becky clutched onto her spear, which was hiding in a pocket in her baggy pants. The pockets of the prisoner uniform were very long, so long that someone could hide a very small thing and not have it found for weeks. The tailor who made her pants didn't do a good job of course. She then felt a little less scared, since she had the spear. And the big gun. If King Frost sends some guards, she could blast them with the gun.
She then walked to the throne room, which was open. Becky looked around as she recollected being there from last time: Gold striped on top, dense marble floors, diamond ceiling which was very high up. This is what she saw.
Becky hen faced forward as she saw King Frost, sitting in his chair, with no guards standing next to him. That always happened: Guards were with him wherever he went. Some of them feared him and some of them were just forced to work as one (They didn't want to become a Hubian). He had always looked like a stern old man but not like this time. He glared, crossly at Becky, making her feel afraid. Becky could slightly hear the war that was raging outside still, with many more guards trying to fight the Hubians and prisoners who were out.
Becky then slowly stepped back. He was gonna send like a million guards to kill her. Literally. The destruction of the war destroyed almost everything. Like a huge tornado or hurricane hit Trey, which never happened.
The guards then blocked the warriors from going inside, by getting a huge bulletproof glass shield that was as wide and long as the Trey castle. It was used for the biggest emergencies, such as what was going on right now. One smart guard predicted that one day, the prisoners and Hubians will try to attack the castle and they created the shield.
That blocked the warriors of getting inside, and the guards were successful. The warriors then had nowhere to go as they tried to break the glass but couldn't.
Inside in the throne room, there were two people who were still in a staring contest: Becky and King Frost. Well, King Frost was staring at her scarily but Becky just looked at him, wondering when he will finally attack her.
All of a sudden, the frozen king finally pulled out a walkie talkie and then spoke into it. Becky could only hear two words, which were the last words of the garbled message: Destroy her!
Suddenly, an army of guards stomped into the room as they all gruesomely looked at Becky. King Frost chuckled then. "Finally, getting out of this place," he then laughed as the guards were then headed for Becky. She then stepped backwards as the guards marched forward, gonna pick her up and destroy her.
Becky then turned the other way and sprinted at the guards. She knew that she couldn't destroy them but she could duck under their legs. She crawled rapidly under their open legs, hearing each of their screams like she was a giant spider climbing in the legs. Becky couldn't do that.
Finally, it was turned around. Becky was out of the throne room, by far. The army of fifty guards that were sent to kill her stretched far enough for her to be next to the elevator.
Becky then was gonna step into the small elevator but figured that the guards will beat her down the stairs and then kill her. She didn't think it was so smart to do that.
Becky then looked her right, trying to come up with another idea before the guards killed her. She only then knew that jumping out a window was the smartest thing to do. What else? if she ran, the guards will kill her. If she were lucky to get into the elevator, the guards will kill her on the way out.
Becky then knew that this was the only choice, She didn't want to because she knew that no one will help her if she got injured form falling on the way out. Mark wasn't there. She then took a deep breath, ran to the window and jumped out.
She fell. Just fell, not knowing where she was going. She didn't know where she will end up to. She didn't know if she were gonna die or make it. How hurt will she be? She only knew that in a matter of seconds, she was gonna find out.
