Ouroboros

     As Basil guided the generals to their home they come upon a desert of massive proportions with nothing in sight

Basil: Here we are!

Skales: What? There is nothing here?

Basil: Just land

They land as Basil slithers out of the helicopter before approaching a flat area and looking around

Basil: Hmm is should be around here somewhere?

Meanwhile the generals gather around eachother as they speak

Skalidor: Can we really trust him? He is acting like this is a vacation?

Pythor: Hmm I suppose you have a point... Fine if he cant find the city within the next hour we will simply leave him here to die

Skales: PYTHOR! Did you hit your head? The Great Devourer is very keen of her partner killing him would be like taking Yin from "Yin and Yang"

Acidicus: I have to agree with Scales on this one killing them would not help our interest?

Fangtom: But he seems to not take us seriously? He called us his kids!!!

Pythor: I wonder what he meant by that?

Their talking is interrupted as Basil lets out a shout of triumph

Basil: AH HA! I have found the spot!

Pythor: Then where is Ouroboros?

Basil: Oh? Right here silly~

Basil lifts up his spear before using the fang at the end to draw the symbol of the Serpentine on the ground and as he finishes the ground begins to shake

Acidicus: BASIL!!! What did you do!

Basil doesn't reply before slithering over and grabbing the generals as he holds them down as a massive hurricane surrounds them all as the hurricane picks up speed is starts to suck up the sand under the generals tails as they begin to panic

Basil: Calm down I have you!

Basil holds the generals tighter as they remain grounded as the storm rages on as they feel the ground beneath them harden as massive structures burst out from the sand as Basil was humming to himself a little tune

The city of Ouroboros rises from the ground as the storm dissipates

Basil laughs as the generals hold him as they stand in the middle of the pit

Basil: Sorry I should have warned you first~

Skalidor: Yes with all due respect please warn us

Basil: Sorry um... You can let go now?

They look at eachother before letting go of Basil as they chuckle awkwardly

Basil: Now all we have to do is get the other serpentine to join us here and we can talk about waking her up!

Acidicus: About that

Basil: Hmm?

Skalidor: We sent our men to cause havoc all acrosss Ninjago so that the ninja wouldn't track us

Basil: Ok? Then call them back

Skales: We can't they were captured and given to the authorities by a giant robot called The Samurai

Basil: Then were are they being kept?

Pythor: A prison not worth enough to get into?

Basil glares a bit at Pythor when he said that before slithering into the helicopter

Basil: They are our people and we are closing in on extinction with how many of us are left. I'll go get them you clean up this place really show serpentine pride!

The helicopter lifts off as the Generals and what few other serpentine arrive start to clean and clear the buildings

*Timeskip*

The helicopter lands infront of the prison's entrance as Basil slithers out before approaching the gate and knocking with a polite smile

Basil: Hello! Um..... Did anyone order a pizza?

A guard then opens the door as Basil immediately turns them into stone before slithering past them with a hum as multiple other guards swarm infront of him

Guard: HEY FREEZ-

Basil: Freeze?

Basil once again flares up his hood as he turns all the guards to stone before slithering past them and pressing a large red button as alarms go off as all the cage doors open as serpentine and prisoners escape

Basil: Remember to head to Ouroboros everyone!

As Basil was getting ready to leave a loud metal thunk catches his attention as he turns around and sees the famous Samurai

Basil: Oh hello

Basil waves at the giant robot

Basil: So sorry about doi- are those cannons on your arm?

Samurai: Yes

Basil: What do they shoot?

Samurai: Nets

Basil lets out a sigh of relief as he chuckles a bit

Basil: Well then are you going to fight me or can we just leave?

The mech aims it's cannon at Basil as it fires a net as Basil uses his spear to cut it before it can reach him as the mech charges Basil as he takes a deep breath in before breathing out a large plume of dark purple smoke

Basil: Hi~

The Samurai looks to their side to see Basil waving before punching them in the face as they get knocked out as the smoke clears

Basil: This place has to have sssome chains somewhere?

After a bit of searching and various grumbles Basil finds somd chains as they tie up the mech suit before attaching a chain to the helicopter as they slither inside

Basil: There we go! Now lets head home shall we?

The helicopter takes off taking the mech with it as they fly back to Ouroboros

*Timeskip*

The generals gather around Basil as they land with The Samurai

Basil: Look I brought a gift!

Basil slides down one of the arms of the mech as they land infront of the generals smiling

Basil: Our people are coming home! Which means~ We can wake up The Great Devourer soon!

Skales: Yes so. What do we do with them?

Skales lightly hits The Samurai as Pythor puts his hand to his chin

Pythor: Oh I have a idea~

Basil then lets out a large yawn as they look down at the ground

Basil: We cant see eachother yet but until then... Lets be as close as possible

Basil the curls up in the center of the pit as they drift off to sleep while the generals simply stare at this bizarre action

Skalidor: Um is he ok?

Acidicus then taps the top of Basil's head earning nothing in response

Acidicus: Out like a light

Pythor: Oh well~ we have better things to worry about anyway

And like that Pythor goes to set up the tournament on who will be the leader of the Serpentine
